I always tell them they must be the milkman's, it's a running joke here! I've also got brown eyes, they haven't! My eldest daughter (not in picture.. ) has got my eyes, my eldest boy has got hazel eyes like my maternal granddad and one of my brothers, and my other daughter and youngest son have got bright, bright blue eyes like my paternal grandad! This asteroid can't really affect any others, but coming so close on this orbit the Earths gravity will greatly alter it's trajectory. These things, although seemingly simple, are very complex mathematical problems making it very difficult to predict it's future path. What I'm trying to say is, it'll miss us this time but no garuntees next time. Not to worry folks, but there are two big mother f***ing comets due this year to. Well predicted at least. One in March and one in October. They are calling it the year of the comets!

Persoanlly favour smaller feeders. 8-10 gallon being about perfect, lots of them, easier to move about and generally just make life easier. Other than for automatic feeders, standard 40 gallon for them.

my mrs is still at it. i have to keep reminding her that i've always done what i've done and that at no point did i say i'd change. she'll probally give up when were in our sixties . she does come home with clothes she'd like me to wear and i must say my wardrobe does look trendy but i'm only comfortable in mole skins and shirt or work clothes. i suppose it comes with old age How do you think my Missus feels when I take her out for dinner in my favourite hat lol - I want one!!!

I don't believe that you neccessarily have to cry to suffer grief, ultimately anger is the most important emotion to get you through emotional hurt. Everybody deals with it differently from those that sob their hearts out, those that get angry and hatefull to those that give it the 'meh, f**k ya then' blasse attitude. It's all dealing with emotional hurt. If you open your heart to anything or anybody, or even just grow fond, then ya putting it on the chopping block.......

Don't mean to sound a soft c**t but it's times like this when it's good to have a female about. I can't/don't want to expose my emotions to anyone, but a good woman makes shit like this a lot easier. Whether a friend, something a bit more serious or ya life partner. Better to talk and/or cry or whatever than burry it and make a daft decision that changes your life on the back of raw undealt with emotion. It's a bitch but there comes a point when ya just grit ya teeth and say, that's it I've had enough of feeling like this.....

Pal i can live with because its been used for years and years............but these dopey new ones " fella " especially...............makes me want to rip the persons throat out ......f****n idiots ! Haha, I've always said fella myself. Didn't realise it was new, cool and annoying. Not that I would know either. I tend not to use mate or bud because often It sorta implies you are their mate. Sounds daft but that false meaning grinds on me a bit.

I'd say it was pretty close, considering it's size and relative distances. Bit like having a bullet miss ya head by 2ft! Close enough to raise pulses. Dunno if that's what'll kill us. I don't think we could realistically deal with one now. We can't even get to Mars or even the moon, never mind redirect of destroy a world killing asteroid/comet. Couldn't we just fire a few nukes at one if it was on its way to hitting us? To be honest, I'm not sure, the issue is we would need a thermonuclear device powerfull enough to absolutely oblitterate the object, the fear would be busting it up

Cheers Scot. I watched a NASA simulation, aparantly it's the size of an aircraft carrier! 17'000 miles is VERY close in astronomical terms, even Earth terms it's fecking near really! I think I'm right in saying it missed usby approximately 2.5 times the diameter of the Earth (rough calculation).

f***ing about in the woods with mates, camping, fires, etc. Swimming in the river, building rope swings over wier pools and jumping off bridges. For christ sake give the drama a rest. I should think for most it's just about not leaving their loved ones with years of hassle of having to look after their animals. If you've got workers that have nothing to do with your family then it's a bit of a c**t to expect them to look after them. So the alternative........... rehome....... many will not want this either as they owe their workers more than to be rehomed to potentially be treated like shit.
