It depends what exactly you mean by that, but yeah WE do. No matter the governing party, WE need to push the government for harder policies on A} Terrorism and Treason, B} Immigration and C} Foreign Policy. People say that WE (the electorate) have no power................. yet the rise in support for UKIP has already had Cammeron changing his tune re the EU............. If you can scare them you can work them!

I'm pretty sure Treason is still an crime. What Tony blair did with the Crime and Disorder Act was formally abolish the death penalty for Treason and Piracy which were the only two crimes where the maximum punishment formally remained as the death penalty. I believe Treason is still a crime and the maximum punishment is life in prisonment.

Fucksake, I'm getting lectured on voting by someone who has be legally allowed to vote errr twice see once you've moved out of mummy's back bedroom and lived a little and been f****d by government after government, then come back to me and explain why I'm so daft for being fed up with the current system. It's very hard not to dissagree with that Scot! Although I don't believe every Muslim is a threat to us, likewise I don't believe every communist was a threat to us in the 60's 70's & 80's and certainly not now (after years of political, military and intelligence services action).............. Nonetheless, there is a clear and present threat and that threat existis within the Muslim community as the threat before did within the communist community!
