I've never really known what 'the dream' is, still don't. But if I was to start over, and with hindsight, I think ten years in the forces and then train as a PH in Africa would probably suit me. I'm generally of the opinion that working for a living is shit no matter the flavour. You just have to find the best deal and mould your mindset to a more positive one.

Rule number two on the official 'How to be be American' document, form militias and kill tyrants....

Tikka magazine problem

I have experimentally verified this...... by accident. SL, listen to this man. I never f****d about with seating depth after I was advised to try the standard "touching lands or just off". It worked and I got bored. lol. Before that advice though -
Kinda feel like this is a short sighted strategy. I think a better approach would be to extend aggravated trespass laws and enforcement.

Of course it is. It's also been a massive concern of mine that economic damage will lead to years if not decades of reduced tax revenues and so reduced Health funding. How many deaths does that tot up long term? I mean if all we're concerned about is how full the dead bin is. As I said earlier, age and quality determine the value of a death/life. Not all missed diagnoses are equal in terms of their 'death sentence'. I mean if we reduce this thinking to ground level, being born is a certain death sentence.

I believe some vaccines which use a live strain of a virus can lead to a short period where the vaccinated individual is potentially contagious and therefore can infect unvaccinated individuals. Simple solution, get a f***ing vaccine, lol. And if you don't believe in vaccines but rather 'natural' immunity then you haven't a concern have you. Also many of these experimental COVID vaccines do not use a live strain of the virus so it would be impossible to infect someone.
-
OMG I've just realised that COVID is a Labour plot to win the next election by killing off the Tory vote base! Fortunately as a Tory rich elite I'm immune from the laws that the plebs are subject to..... Now take my vaccine, plebs.

Personally, I don't count all deaths as equal. Age and quality are significant factors whether it's consider a pleasant discussion or not. E.g. A 70 year old dying in their sleep from a sudden condition is not as bad as an 8 year old being murdered. No death is strictly acceptable but we can't pretend that all deaths are equal. The fact is that the deaths attributed to this disease are weighted towards those with an already somewhat reduced life expectancy. It's a dirty discussion and folks are throwing it around like those who have died were worthless, which is wrong, but it's nonetheles

3% to 10% is ballpark yeah. It could be caused by demographics, ie one country has a aged population or a severe respiratory health issue etc but I reckon it probably more likely testing. Those case numbers just aren't representative of true infection rates. Fortunately in the UK we have the antibody studies, so we know with a reasonable level of certainty that 6% of the population has had CV-19.
-
Their testing systems and infrastructure probably. How representative those 'case' numbers are depends on what that countries approach is to testing. The viral tests are useful for track and trace and determining if it was a factor in a death but the whole viral testing system has a lot of errors that need to be corrected for if you want to use it to accurately measure the true number of infections across the population. Large scale randomised antibody testing seems to be the best way to assess true infection rates, i.e. how many people have been infected (note: not currently infected). I

I'm keen to see that too, and over even longer periods. There's going to be errors in determining who died from what, it can't really be helped. But it's fairly straightforward simply determining how many have died and when, so as you say that analysis is going to be interesting.

Oh wow, there it is, the first 'sheeple' reference. Case in point for those paying attention.

Maxology....

I'll be getting the vaccine once it's finished trials. God you're simple.
-
You've not even read what's involved have you. Of course you haven't, you've made it up like everything else you have said to date.
-
I'll get it when it's finished trial and doesn't require any more sacrifice than going to the nurses mobile office for 20mins. You f***ing moron.
-
I know, I know! "HUMMMMM.... imagine you're laying in a forest, an infinite sea of tranquillity.... you are at peace and you are free of conspiracies......"
-
Max, you're thick as f**k. Yeah, yeah, because I agree with 'science' I must take time out of my life to volunteer for clinical trials. Maxology..... Just put your carer on ffs.

Minneapolis PD don't have these problems....

I'm "right into the scientists"....... Please stop.
-
So because I believe the data, I'm living in fear? Maxology, folks!
-
They have to decide a counting method based on some criteria. They have to do this with all diseases. They adapt their counting methods as they get more knowledge, hence why they corrected the death numbers. I'm not touching that, it's way too personal.
-
Oh Max, you might not have a life or a job, but I do. I'll get the jab when it's finished trials and is on my doorstep. is it even worth pointing out to you that phase three trials are to determine safety amongst other things....
-
Obviously it's a concern. But given the chinks are slaughtering them anyway and wasting everything but the fins, it seems now that the 'waste' might just have value. Hopefully one of the other vaccines works best and harvesting sharks isn't a factor.

I feel like Stefanie has never left the city.... lol
