Well it's heartwarming to see that a good collie/grey thread can still get lads arguing...lol... Paulus is correct about the airfields...I do a fair bit of work on airforce bases...and the bird scare guys are usually a a good source of info about wildlife on the base... On some bases those guys literally get to drive round shooting all sorts they are usually ex service men with a pension to help pay the bills cos it's nearly always min wage...that said nice little job if money is not your goal

Must admit I like those...but I've not had one since I started this path...and as lurcherman said loads of sugar... Personly I wouldn't bother with powdered protein drinks ...just make one up at home in the blender....take it with you...myself I do 3 raw eggs...250g of Greek yogurt half pint of milk....that's it nothing to sweeten it no fruit ...I promise you can't taste the eggs..just tastes like creamy milk...of course you could add stuff as lurcherman suggests... As far as the commercial powders go i wouldn't really know what's best...However I did see a video a year two back of E
