    Because it was sight, race dogs which mainly had them removed... Many many dogs still have their dew claws, and many many dogs go through there lives with no problem at all.. and many many dont as you have just found out, to your cost and your dog laid up for 6wks at least its not happened in the middle of the season laid up!?     try telling that to the lads who regularly win forley cup over the years!!! so when your on said treadmill, you are not actually walking/running!!!! have you ever used one? feels EXACTLY like real walking, running to me! i can tell you havent spent much time on treadmills yourself, its alot easyer running on a treadmill than running on the road Dead right mate, there very soft on your feet and ankles, nothing like being on the road.

    got to aggree with stroller, there twats:laugh: that thing of mine hatesn most dogs but not all and can be a c**t for fighting, but sh'es a bully, and as soon as a dog goes back shes off running. she's also very mardy , saying all that she has killed me a hole load of rabbits, you have to way up weather you can live with there weird ways

    Thay have there uses i supose, but not for me, i would be terrified of forgetting a dog left on. if your short of time, you cant beet getting them behind the mottor, even if im off out early morning i can take the dogs for 15 mins and they would have covered 3 mile or so and not just a trot, but with a few sprints in.

    had a couple of quik sessions with Venus the pup 2 week ago , cos of all the rain we had , shes just 12 month now, and ive never known a dog moult so much in my life, been brushing her evry 2-3 days for about 2 month now. first night tuesday she cought her first 2 rabbits then went and missed the next 7 or 8, after this she was getting prety tired, so called it a night only out 40 mins . thursday night pissing down with rian and very windy , wich helped no end as it was very warm like tuesday . any way she cought 8 in good style retrieved fairly well , and in all honesty would have go
