  3. on "the wright stuff " this morning it said that this cold snap costs the governement ££££££ billions evryday in lost money , people of work , industry stopping ect...................which begs the question if it costs this much evryday....why not just spend one days amoount of that money on snowplows , griters, grit, and staff , there could be one on evry street corner.

  7. i leave mine on all night, there are times when its never off, even in the day, if they have been hard at it during the day i like them to get bedded down streght away , nice and warm. just be carfull of the hight you have it at,, you dont want it to close so they fry, but also not to far away thats its not doing anything , turn it on and get your hand under it at the hight your dog is sleeping, if its to hot for you , you can be shure its to low for ya dog, so get it higher.

A lot of your fellow countrymen have the same idea as were l live on the Western Isles most of the houses for sale are bought by Englishmen and at least they try to fit in to our communities unlike some of the foreigners who come to Britain... cheers Callum funny you should say that about the english mooving up there,,,, there was a documrntry about the marrine biologist Monty somthing,,,, he was on one of the islands and he got involved with comunity events,,,, but all the locals had middle class english accents

Cheers. YEP JUST SHOWS I CAN BE AS TOUCHY AS ANY ONE but for you to imply im JUMPING ON A BANDWAGON cos i dont agree with you ,,,, well thats just pathetic .
  18. BANDWAGON get a grip,,, its my opinion not to run in these hard conditions,, simple as that, like i said in the 2 previouse posts,, yes go out full moons ect, if ya must. but not when its like this. BANDWAGON GET f****d.
  19. Another no brained reply,,, agreed , no wind , full moon is one thing,, all your doing is making the job harder,,,, but frozen hard ground is just stupid ,, i run my dog all weather thats why he stays fit even on a full moon the rabbit runs faster dog workes harder ie keeps his fitness up simples yes ,,, like i said running the full moon is one thing , or when there's no wind,,, of course give it a go...... all you do is make it harder................. but running on real hard frosted ground is plain stupid ..
  20. Another no brained reply,,, agreed , no wind , full moon is one thing,, all your doing is making the job harder,,,, but frozen hard ground is just stupid ,,
  21. THE needle can be as long as want,, but if you nit direct on to the ring its the width of the needle thats important, there are hand made wooden needles out there longer than 8 ins i have a few about a foot in length but only an inch wide but you can tie direct to the ring by hand,, then nit with a wider larger needle,,, but it can get tight getting through the mesh after you have been round the mesh board and when your tying an extra mesh on the row,, in shaped nets.
  22. i agree any one that aint a british citizen needs deporting for this kid of behavour..... the trouble is you cant deport some one if there british... as theres no country for them to go to. why would pakistan want a british citizen whos a touble maker
