Haha,to be honest Tony i'd give up matey,Blue wasn't the 1st stud dog in the "type" at all,Nipper,Rip and Rag Lad came before him and to be perfectly honest they were around before you were born...they are lurchers mate, nothing less and nothing more, just like some carry the name Nuttall's,Hancock's,Plummer's and whatever else it is thats kicking around and some carry the Minshaw tag..it's no big deal at the end of the day is it? Enjoy what jukels you have and like i've said before the dog only has one person to please and thats the person who feeds, walks and looks after it.....in reply to Dodg

heres an eisier way.... basmati rice is best for this...... put a mug full in a microwavable bowl,, add 2 cups of cold water,,, then 12 mins on full power,,, job done. you might have to alter your times slightly as each microwave is difrent. a mug full is plenty for me ,my mrs and my 8 year old, if you want more like 2 mug fulls of rice just double your water and cook for longer

Mine itched - the worst one was the running dog on my wrist - the smallest I've got, and the itchiest! I've got a longish one between my shoulder blade and my spine and believe you me that was a bugger when it started itching, since I couldn't reach it. Keep slapping on the Bepanthen, it'll go away soon enough So they itched because of the hairs growing back on your wrist and back,

And a litre of diesel is what....£1.42 - £1.48 at the moment....am i missing something if you make biodiesel out of wvo(waste veg oil)you can run yer van on 100% bio, i do in my fourtrak and did all winter even at minus12, i can make it for as little as .15p a litre, i aslo run my peugeot expert on it aswell, although its not recommended due to the fact its fuel pump is a lucas as apposed to a bosch, the pug has a litre tank so instead of filling up at the pump at£143.9p, and costing £115.12 a tank full, i spend 80litres x .15p/litre = £12 so as you can see i save £103.12 every ta

And a litre of diesel is what....£1.42 - £1.48 at the moment....am i missing something i suppose it makes sence if you get it for nowt, from a chippy or fast food place,, in fact the diesel at our asda is £1.34.7. incidently there is a web site that compares fuel prices nation wide, at evry petrol station. you just type in your postcode and it tells you the cheapest place local to you,,
-
in asda its £1.44, for a litre of veg oil,,, a bit cheaper if you buy a 5 litre bottle

what you mention, is realy for cutting weight,,, not loosing fat. its quite possible to loose 10lbs in one day using those methods,,, trouble is its water not fat.

Be nice if it actually worked like that....but in reality plateaus will always occur simply because the difference in energy intake and energy expenditure gradually balances out, hence weight loss gradually slows over time until it stops. For weight loss there always has to be a negative energy balance,or calorie deficit.....without it weight loss cannot occur. Incidentally....12 weeks at 2lb a week is actually 24lb ...but i know what your saying my maths again
-
as gnasher said 7 lbs is good,, just keep at it . you got to think long term 12 weeks at 2lbs a week is 36 lbs, almost 2 and a half stone. have you thought about going to a gym, or some other classes,,, my mrs is a zumba instructor,, and some of her clients have lost a shed load of weight
