    Oh yes earlier this season,,,,,done a hell off a job for one estate owner,,,not to mention two massive favours vin,,,did wich cos him a hell of a lot of money in lost earnings.... But I will leave the story there,,,cost it's no good bleating on about it,,, You just got to roll with the punches,,,and see what's round the corner....

    Spot on that max,,,it's surprising how many do get knocked about by the ferrets,,,back and sadle normally ok,,,but they can spoil the legs and arse end...very often head shot rabbits are the best of the lot.. Good money you getting there mate,,,,as it should be,,,,let's face it,,,a rabbit skinned out weighs around 2lbs,,,,so at £4 ,,that's only £2 a pound,,,,,wich would still make it about the cheapest cut of meat you could buy

    I must admit in the past selling doged rabbits as ferreted,,,,there's lots of little tricks you can do to clean up a rabbit,,that's bruised ... Nowadays all mine go for animal food With the very sharp point of a knife,,make little nicks on the buised bit,,and get the concealed blood out,,,of course it depends on how bad the bunny is marked up

    c**ts,,,,lol,,,I've just spent the pricely sum of £24 in decathlon for some welly,,,,and £20 on salloppets they wear on sailing boats,,thick waterproof jobs,,,

    Sounds like a top day,,,,should have took the one eyed cur,,,and had 8 from 8,,,,but that's what happens though when you give in to temptation ,,,and get one of them feathery plodding things......

    To the lads that have them,,, I always attach string to my lamp so it hangs free ,,so my hands are free for climbing fences ect........ Is there anyway to atach some string/cord to the torch??

    Them ferreting pictures......... There's no pegs on the end of those nets,,,either the ones round the young fellas neck,,,or the ones set on the rabbit warrens.........?

    It's always been a good mix with me,,,liked both,,,,but if I'm honest I like the daytime just that few persent more,,,love watching the dog use it's nose find flush,,and run,,,,or mark to ground,,,and watch it on a warren,,,knowing where that bunny is underground,,,,or watching them point on a rabbit,, sat in a sedge grass tunnel,,, great stuff to watch....and that's just rabbiting,,,,,love to watch a dog run a hare as well
