The lad he mentions in his books called wolfie,,the lad that did time for him,,,came to work in Ibiza for a short while whilst I was there working,,,he came with a few other lads,,,seemed good lads,,and we got on well,,,,but all but one of them had to leave in a hurry in the end,,,from somthing they never started ,,,this would have been around 1999,,, A year later I read the book,,,stop the ride I want to get off,,,and here was this wolfie lad mentioned a lot ,,, I must admit I liked the book a lot,,,,very amusing and full of funny story's ,,especially to a 30 year old lad,,,

What a cracking way to spend some time,,,your a lucky man living so close to the sea... What's best way of cooking them on an open fire,,,in a frying pan ,,or in some foil with the lemon ect,,,

Don't know if you have already seen darbo,,,but there's loads of ferreting with dogs,,in Spain ,,,Majorca ,,Canary Islands ect on you tube ive never looked tomo but i will now many thanks. If you can be arsed to trawl through,,,there was some good ones filmed on lanzerote I think it was ,,,the ferrets are muzzled ,,,and they hunt on the volcano slopes,,,the rabbits live in cracks in the hardened larva,,,not only are the dogs running on rock,,,but the ferrets really were althletic,,jumping up and down levels,,, Interesting how the Spanish leg there rabbits,,they don't do it like us,,,th

I think the dogs we have in this country,,in there present form,,,are some of the newest types,,,there ancestry might be old,,,but there along way from what they were.... Looking for old types,,you have to look abroad and to the Middle East ,,,Salukis ,,Pharos,, ibizans,,podenco ,,Afghan and all the variations,,,, Or of course just get in touch with Geoff Burrell ,,,lol

Are you sure about the bag limit,,in Alaska ,,I'm sure they said on one program it was €25 for a year to hunt and fish as much as you like up there... Going to search Google now ,,lol
