steak is one of the easiest things to cook...it really is fast food.....all you need is a frying pan ...on the hob till its red hot....most chefs tell you to dab a bit of oil on to the steak salt and pepper .....then in the red hot pan......a sirloin and a rib eye take the same length of time to cook.....of course this depends on the thickness...a typical half inch or so 8 ounce from a supermarket will only neeed 2 mins either side....then on to a plate to rest....a rump steak might want a min or two longer.... fillet is different ...its usualy a lot thicker ....but needs seering all over

same here mate ...spun polly is like wool I always think.....I got some 10z of netrigger years ago....maybe 10....I liked them that much I bought 200 yard of 10z sheet netting and nock a few up when ever I can be arsed...... just to add I can knit a good net myself been making them over 30 years.....even came 3rd one year in the net making comp at the midland....but that 10z sheet netting takes some beating ...its just to easy to braid a ring on each end and draw cord and peg it....

yeh every time I took them ....ended up with nowt really......you would here they fetched a fiver a couple last week....so I would bomb down there for 6.30-7 am tues morn....get them in ....then wait till action had finished then get paid from the office about noon....and you ended up with about a quid a bunny cos they only made 3 quid a couple....plus I spent 3 quid parking best part of a tenner on bacon buttys...and cups of tea....not to mention all the other bits and bobs I bought on a whim.... was that last Tuesday micky...I was going to go but the mrs had to work so I didn't bother..

my 17 year old daughter wants one....she loves them ....told her she can have one when she leaves home... she wants to call it choritzo or salarmi .....I told her shes better of getting one crossed with a terrier ....so theres not as many health issues

i love Christmas on the hole.....took the kids on Thursday on the polar express on Thursday ...they loved it.... but I now hate working Christmas .....(the doors)...cos you lot ...fecking people turn in to bigger c**ts than normal.....just dealing with stupidity is getting to me....

shame all my pics are on photobucket or I would have put them up on here..... the huskie day was brill...I was trying to chat to the actual owners there at the kennels but they didn't speak much English.....whilst all us tourists were kitted out with man made fibers ....these old boys had fur...I asked one of the mushers what his mittens were made of ....after a bit of hand signals and broken English they were made from sealskin fur ...and I don't mean sealskin the company.......little things like that made the trip

yeh but doing it this way can save a couple of grand....not just a hundred quid... its rough 2000 for 5.... instead of 5-6000 for 5. booking.com have cabins too. the missus is telling me....went to a small village called akaslompolo......yllas was a half hour to an hour away.....that's a bigger resort.....bit like a ski resort
