bunch of fannys the lot of ya....oh my back aches ...oh my tendon feels a bit tight...jesus .get a grip and train through it like normal men...lol
just warm up with lots of light weight ..get some blood in there...
my rotators are not good specialy the left...which means i bench like a girl now...my tendonitis in my elbows dont help either so now i wrap my elbows with knee wraps whilst benching heavy for me....my left knee is dodgy as f**k as well ...
just got to keep moving
