  1. If she is a bit nervous, whats the point of papers? I mean she wouldnt be suitable for breeding (pending all health tests) would she? A nervy GSD is the worst thing in the world, usually really gobby too. Im not wishing to sound rude, and to be honest I dont think £200 is a high price for any pedigree dog, nobody is being ripped off, but if she were mine, she would be sold "NOT for breeding" as temperament unsuitable, or withold papers and knock £50 off, but thats me. Hope she has the home she deserves.
  2. I would expect a mutation of some sorts, I cant find any info on them BB. many were bigger than they Greys though.
  3. I wish! Honestly they were everywhere, and the crappy Greys, swarming!
  4. Thanks, good link, these Deer were in Woburn Abbey grounds. Looks like they are Reds.
  5. I dont think they were big enough Gilly, but you could be right, they were a reasonable distance away. I thought Reds immediately, but a guy passing said not, but didnt know what they were!

  7. Well at Woburn today we saw literally loads of these:
  8. A SPANISH Teacher was explaining to her class that in Spanish, unlike English, nouns are designated as either masculine or feminine. 'House' for instance, is feminine: 'la Casa.' 'Pencil,' however, is masculine: 'el lapiz.' A student asked, 'What gender is 'computer'?' Instead of giving the answer, the teacher split the class into two Groups, male and female, and asked them to decide for themselves Whether computer' should be a masculine or a feminine noun. Each Group was asked to give four reasons for its recommendation. The men's group decided that 'computer
  9. Yes youre right, and they wonder why the countryside gets stuffed up by "do gooders" and idiots!
  10. Yep, I looked twice at the title!! Nice one DH, where did you see the Eider?
  11. Morons! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/cumbria/7441682.stm
  12. In a managed herd that would be culled. Too dangerous to the other animals.
  13. Think about what? This is the for sale section, are they for sale?
  14. I REALEY HAVE HEARD IT ALL NOW WHICH BOOK DID YOU READ THAT IN THEN Im glad to have enlightened you! Of course if you havent seen these things for yourself, I dont expect you to understand. I HAVE seen this and on several occasions, I board a beagle so undershot it has to eat slop out of a litter tray! or perhaps I am making that up! Pups born undershot get WORSE as their adult teeth come in, the lower jaw grows more than the top. People selling undershot pups usually do not know the severity of the problem as they dont usually see the pups they have sold in adulthood. Some breeds
  15. Except if that problem passes on it could be a whole lot worse resulting in a dog unable to eat properly, let alone work. Find a dog with a decent mouth, loads about.
  16. Strongstuff does some good ones: http://mysite.orange.co.uk/strong-stuff/im...310637290193945 Or, Go for it with this lot! https://www.bellmanandflint.co.uk/catalog.a...rrier%20Couples
  17. Yes what DH said!! Also, if you are indoors, a higher ISO setting will allow for pictures without a flash, except they will be "noisy" or grainy, very good images can be done this way though, but a tripod is recommended. ISO means: International Standards Organization
  18. A Cat in a cage, WOW!! how thoroughly pathetic! Cat baiting, what next?
  19. I have been with them 7yrs. had contracts with them and PAYG, never had a problem when I have needed to contact them for anything.
  20. You may well be right Gnipper, but it was not nice to see, in the wild he would be going about his business etc, not frantically running from side to side in an exhausting manner continuously the whole time, I must of watched him for almost 20 minutes while we ate our sandwiches, he flopped of exhaution shortly after we finished, as we passed by him he was flat on his side and clearly distressed, he had however recovered later. I have read that wild polecats are very solitary animals. unlike ferrets. They will only stay with another when mating and then they will part again. The jill will
