  8. work on the assumption of 90 six strand wires to your 500 grm roll use a 4inch plant pot put your wire over the bottom and this will stop it tangling

  10. rooks cause untold damage to standing crops when they are nearly ripe they use their wings and flatten the cerals and eat the soft seed heads of the barley, also they are forever scratting in the silage that has been layed down for the cattle in the sheds and makes more work for the farmer who has to sweep the silage back into reach .they are in plauge numbers around the borders of scotland

  13. pressure cook your rabbit untill the meat comes off the bones add this to a tin of homepride curry and add a few onions mushrooms ect and simmer for ten minutes a really nice rabbit curry with out all the hard work
  14. the only cure is rest im afraid i cracked a couple ribs a short while ago and they took nearly 2 months to heal it was worse at night when turning in bed the pain was horrendous and if you sneeze a lot god help you i know exactly what your gooing through now

The same can be said for their coyote and fox snares, they use aircraft cable (we do too sometimes) but we have at our disposal bowden cable which is much stiffer and stronger and holds a loop far better when loaded. I guess they simply use what is at their disposal. H sorry to disagree here but since i use these materials evey day,aircraft cable holds a better loop and runs faster than bowden cable not the other way round. . this type of well loaded 7x7 aircraft cable snare is what we have been using for years .bowden cable with the abc locks dont run as smooth or as fast
  18. set your traps in the mouth of the holes then you wont need to carry any cages at all if there are a lot of holes fill a few of the entrances in and set traps in the remaing holes if the following day some of the holes have been cleared out that you filled set your traps in them because they are active entry exit points just a sugestion for you to ponder

  20. clever squirrel that it set off the trap backwards .normally you have a neck and shoulder strike with the body grips you manage the others with the airgun apart from the mole? that is a proper mixed haul

  23. you should have grabbed them both you could do with a few hares since your as baldy as a coot nice little shoot you have there a bit of pre baiting and get your self a sniper spot and you will have some good sport rats and pigeons a mixed bag
