Gnash is right.. in the meantime, eat lots of berries (blue, cran etc), Spices like ginger, turmeric (lots of it fresh or powder), chilies, cayenne pepper, black pepper, olive oil, coconut oil and glucosamine. fatty fish (anything rich in omega 3), dark chocolate (darker the better). Stay away from anything processed (meats, carbs), deep fried foods, seed oils. A diet change won't reverse arthritis but it will help slow the progression down mate
