It’s good eating but better when purged. Can have a bit of a muddy taste. My Polish mates parents used to stick them in the bath for a few days before Christmas. I was over there a few years ago and it was really really good. They told me that the carp are now purged on a commercial scale before going on sale in the shops.

Watched “the cage” the other day (in French) . Netflix gives the option to change to English but I prefer original and subs. You get more sense of context in their tone. Not bad, bit like Warrior but a series.

Nothing like fight night used to be. I called it right on my bets, apart from the final points. Mike had the first 2 rounds but couldn't get a rhythm imo the 2min rounds were what gave it away.
