    I was literally having a similar conversation with my Mrs yesterday. She was a lawyer in Honduras but needs to do the courses here to be able to practice in Spain. So right now she has a mediocre job that pays a salary and gives her the time to do the courses. Her friend who works at the same job, minimal education and sees the job as her future, not a means to an end. Nothing wrong with that but the difference is night and day and it's down to education and mindset. My Mrs was pushed to achieve, her friend wasn't.
