Wrap sprigs of fresh rosemary onto the loin using bacon (wrap the whole thing in bacon, I prefer smokey). Place on a trivet and low roast (180C) uncovered. After 40-45mins add around half a bottle of red (I normally heat the wine up first in a pan) and cover, back in the oven for another 30mins oven turned up to 200C. Take out, wrap in oven paper and make a gravy with the juices Adjust times depending on how well done you like your meat. The above should be medium rare ish.

That's what I use, apple vinegar, dark soy sauce, and my own chilli olive oil. Mix it together and mop baste not spray. Is there an advantage doing a spray over mopping?

Pulled pork you need at least 4-5 hours for a full shoulder, low and slow mate, rest it and when you shred it get the juices and some BBQ sauce (homemade or shop bought) in there I do it in the oven and put a metal plate of wood chips on the bottom and a tray on the middle rack to catch all the juices. I have a "special" square shaped fan that I stick in the kitchen window to draw out the smoke coz it stinks the house out and the Mrs and neighbours kick off! Fuuck 'em it tastes divine and they soon shut up when I slap a butty in their hands

Basically it hides your IP address and replaces it with another, usually from another country. For example; I use one here in Spain, set it for an English IP address and watch ITV online
