    Hows it going Rob! I think its different in the house, because the house is YOUR place, the dogs should know that you're in charge of that house, you're the dominant one so any messing around then its you they've got to deal with! In a Kennel its different, that Kennel becomes their own space where you dont even go apart from cleaning it out and feeding them. In the house you can keep an eye on them easier too. So I personally don't think it applies (apart from acceptional cases of course).

    I'm not sure I agree with all these high prices. I understand what Maxhardcore said is right about the cost of doing things correctly, but if I was to breed a litter then knowing that the pups are going to the right people (To see whether the breeding was a success or not) would mean more to me than the money I forked out on the bitch and pups. If that meant a pup going for free to the right person who you know 100% is going to bring the pup on and get the absolute best out of it would be worth the money you've spent. Well... IMO anyway.

    You want strength more so than just size. I've found that road walking them on the lead strengthens them up well, I like to keep a bit of tension on the lead as they pull it helps strengthen them up. Spring pole is a great aid to help a dog get in shape, but not all dogs will work the spring pole. Running/Lead walking up an Incline helps as well.

    That video doesn't surprise me at all. But the white lad must of been a fool to be stood there trying to be friendly with them in the first place! So many people who haven't experienced what its like being in the minority think like he must of before he got battered - "If I'm nice to them maybe they'll accept me" .

    One of my Black dogs tried to dig a nest up of Bees before and got swarmed by a load of them a few years back. I thought he was gonna die. He was being sick, then collapsed and eyes were dilated. He come round when I was waiting to see a vet, but they gave him a jab and give me a tablet to give him anyway and he was as right as rain after a day.

    Not really. When my youngest lad was about 4-5 he used to say "blacks and whites don't mix". I asked him why? and he just laughed and said "because they don't". He didn't learn that from me and certainly not from his mother, nor any of my family.
