    There would be little point in putting something like that in situ as a refuge for a hare,..most serious predators would soon have the fecker out.... At first sight, they appear to be very amateurish 'cubby's' placed in a natural run thru,..to accept some kind of spring trap. Been to a couple of country shows recently and there has been some right battles where guys have tried to literally walk off with someones jukel,...its fecking amazing the nerve that certain folk have Is there THAT much money to be earned by choring a dog that has just ran in a racing event ,.at a lurcher show,...surely not ?...I've never had a dog stolen.
