I had the same with my two youngest girls mate ... Facebook ... Snapchat ... Twitter etc .... When it started to effect their schoolwork I turned off the router and made sure they did the required time studying ... If they have 3G on their phones or iPad then take it off them ... I have always told my kids that I don't care how old they are as long as they live under my roof they live by my rules and if that includes study time then that's what's going to happen ... If you incorporate heavy lifting sessions into your routine you should be able to bulk up and still be flexible and not lose any speed ........

Your training regime is far to cardio orientated and although will give you a fit ripped appearance it isn't going to bulk you up ... If you want to pack muscle on then you have to work the muscle and lifting heavy weights is the best way to do that ... You need to be lifting free weights to reach your goal ... As TOMO said gnash is your man for advice .........

Me and the missus have been talking seriously about this and once the youngest has gone to uni in about 18 months time we will be looking more deeply into it ... My missus prefers to adopt 3 to 10 year olds as she is a qualified nursery teacher with qualifications in special needs and troubled kids ...........

This is one of the simple designs I use ... You can't quite see but there is a fine wire loop just about hooked onto the nail that triggers with a hairs touch ..... I have got another really effective method but no pictures of it ... Next time I set it up I will take a snapshot ........

I agree with parts of that statement ... I expect a lot from my dogs and I like to think I can bring a dog on to a decent standard ... but this hasn't really come with time I was always good with dogs even when I was a kid ... I am lucky in that I can be a around a dog for a short period of time and know which way to tailor the training to get the best out of each different dog ...
