    Trump

All the usual suspects have faces liked smacked arseholes, I've heard American luvvies crying that they are "ashamed of my country" Eu leaders look like they have had a death in the family. Lifes good sometimes
  2. Our MPs should be made to read the speech Oliver Cromwell made to parliament when he dismissed it, it's as relevant today as it was then http://www.emersonkent.com/speeches/dismissal_of_the_rump_parliament.htm
  3. It was sign you were "hard" when I was a kid to hold a banger and stick your hand in the canal till it went off. You could hardly move your fingers for ages after you'd tried that.
  4. If you're looking for an experienced ferret to show kits the way why not offer a day out to someone who has one? It wouldn't cost you anything then. If the warrens you are doing are big then it may also be that the rabbits are giving the ferrets the run round and you need more than a couple to get them out.
  5. When asked if they would vote to invoke article 50 on the daily politics show today both young benn and young kinnock said "yes of course, it's the will of the people" When asked if they would block negotiations if they disagreed with the way the government was conducting them they changed the subject every time. The lying b*****ds will make it impossible to leave if they get any chance at all, or make the proposals so watered down we will still be in the eu in all but name. The only way round it as far as I can see is a general election, lets see which of them will risk their seats for what
  6. It's normal, the older one is just making sure the younger one knows who's boss, plus they are both still babies so will be more playful than an adult and ferrets play rough. My oldest jill is getting on now and the younger ones always bully and steal food from her, but she's fit and healthy so she's getting plenty to eat. I tried to put another hob in with mine last year and believe me, if they mean it you soon know, I had 2 half dead hobs within a couple of days.
  7. It's a pet hate of mine, along with the dogooders who feed the ducks and such with bread and then throw the bread wrapper in bushes
  8. Mine had a cut to the pad of one of his front feet that split it completely in half a while back. The vet stitched it and wrapped it and it was healed in less than a month.
  9. I'm with Scothunter, it's a bit boring so far.
  10. For years now we have been told that there are thousands of "unaccompanied children" living there, and thats the best they can find? And none of the girls everyone screams are there either? I reckon they are the ones who've been shagging the social workers, so they get preferential treatment. Mind you, being children they wont be able to drive or get a job will they? And I'm certain they will be sent straight to school

    Wolves

Love to see stuff like that, really interesting
  12. I agree, Corbyn is a joke, but for me there's something very sinister about Mcdonnell.
  13. I cleared the undergrowth from a small warren that I could do on my own yesterday thinking I'd come back today, but when I got there there was a guy pigeon shooting, so it'll have to be tomorrow now.
  14. The black country was wherever there were chimneys belching out smoke 6 days a week, so I should think Wolverhampton and Walsall with their industrial heritage would be included, even when I started work in the 60's there were a hell of a lot of chimneys on the skyline. My old man told me that in Walsall in the 30's and 40's the women could only wash clothes on a Sunday because if they hung them out at any other time they would be covered in soot. Cannock was farming and mining so I personally wouldn't count it.
  15. I got the lot, can't you people understand the Queens english? It's not Brummy it's black country, Brummies are much posher than that,
  16. My old dog had the same happen years ago, it healed fine but still opens up sometimes if he's in an enclosed area and he gets to wagging it. It usually happens in the hallway and takes ages to wipe everything down afterwards.
  17. If it was a 15 footer with collar and priced around £100.00 I would think they would sell well, though as Tiercel says it's a very limited market.
  18. if Steve was honest with himself, he would admit that secretly he wants that too Well, at 62 I have to admit the idea of ANYTHING fancying me is novel, but I've seen the way he treats jills, and I'm not into the caveman thing at all. If he was to bring me the odd chicken wing or rabbit leg however........... 62?? maybe that's what it is then, he thinks you're a giant chicken wing!!  Cheeky sod

  20. Love the lurcher photo mate, my two are constantly changing places to make sure they are nearest me (this really means closest to whatever food I may have)
  21. He seems to have settled back down now, I've been sitting in with them for a few minutes each day and he's not nipped for the last couple. He never did it when I picked him up either, just when I was sitting in there with them, so I'm pretty sure it was a territorial thing. I'm amazed at the difference in them since I put them in the court, I turfed it and the place is like a swiss cheese in a month, tunnels everywhere. They are noticably more muscular and fit, so I've got high hopes for the new season.
  22. I'm saying that yes I know when they are playing, which I think is what Gnipper was asking, but this is when I'm just sitting quietly. He'll come over for a sniff then nip my hand or arm, or trouser leg, whatever part of me is nearest. He's holding on hard enough to break the skin if I try to pull away but obviously he's not biting with anywhere near the full force he could do so I'm at a loss what's going on with him. It's only happened in the last month since they have been in the court, I never had a problem while they were in a hutch.
  23. I've always played with them by shaking my fingers in front of them and he will do the dance then, but this is also when I'm sitting quietly, letting them come over to be fussed.
  24. I've built a proper ferret court for myself and my hob has started nipping me if I sit inside with them for a while. Not aggressive, but hard enough to break the skin on occasions, I'm wondering if it's a dominance thing. I've been tapping his nose and telling him no each time he does it but it's not stopping him. I can pick him up as normal without him doing it, it's only when I sit in with them that he starts, but he'll nip my clothes as well which is no fun if I'm sitting and my crotch is in range! Anybody else ever have this happen?
