I think its just another way of paying for the buyer like a credit card ,I don't think the seller has to do anything ,you will get your payment from paypal and the buyer has about 4 months intrest free credit to pay it back to paypal from what I can gather

I had to change the tip on mine for a small diameter one that's anti spit and that made a lot of difference to it getting hot ,you can get tips made of stone and there meant to be cooler

I bought a vaporesso about 6 weeks ago similar to the one you have and they do take a bit of getting used to ,you have to find the sweet spot with your settings ie air intake and temp and you can get longer tips
