Simply because EVERY call I get is for feathered......I suspect there is a misguided impression that the feathering shows they are salukis as opposed to grey crosses. One look at the ears paws and head would tell you that.
Two off to a brilliant home today - proper working lads. V happy
Definately working lines...and able to work small fields. Small holding is split into 6-9 acre fields and that appears not to stop them on the hares.
I run all the hounds individually - for the running not the hunting but still they manage to find prey. Usually when you are due to collect the kids from school too...
Meh - why do I love salukis
I stand by the ability of the parents...not the rubber stamping or the paperwork....
The eyes have it
apologies for double posting...the mutts a bit manic tonight
Now if I had the budget for spin I might just SAY I was gonna spend all that money policing the fens,,,,,now what is the advertorial rate at CW....

Agree with alot of this thread. If you want a hound to perform you do the research. Who is going to believe forum postings these days? Not me without a bit of homework.
It's also tough to find good homes for pups - you do wonder why folks breed so indiscriminately ( meep sp)
Taking a hound into your pack is not about searching on ebay or amazon.
Soo tempted to add link to fake ebay shop for salukis.......Amazon don't ship from here
