Is that raw or equipped ?.......Good standard of lifting that not far off British level....................not quite sure how your squatting more than your deadlifting though ..........I spent a few years competing back years ago my lifts were pretty similar to yours at slightly less bodyweight......its not for me though im very strong across the chest and shoulders but the back lets me down these days in any type of squat/dead.......i rarely do max lifts any more but i,ll regularly bench 160/165 for reps......squat 200 and dead 220 all for reps.............i come into my own in the shoulder

Bit of an odd combination that.....most Gouramis have totally different water parameters to Cichlids.........most times Cichlids will be kept in species only tanks they can be very aggressive.....even in species only tanks they can be aggressive its often a good idea to over stock them that way the aggression is spread out throughout the tank. Just out of interest as i dont really have an opinion either way...............but if you would let your kids play 18 age games....watch 18 age films etc etc.....................would you be ok with them walking in a pub and ordering a pint ?......having sex ?.......and any other things that are restricted by age ?......surely theres a reason things have age restrictions.....no ?

Looks a nice little environment that does Biglurks the plants look in good nick considering they,re in sand ....Is that a red jewel Cichlid i can see there ?.....Im a big Discus fan i wouldnt swap my tank for the world......but i am thinking of getting into the Cichlids ive been learning about them for a while now,i gave a nice tank away a few years ago that had some decent angels in but the persons let it go to shit so im going to get it back and probably do a Cichlid tank......i like the look of some of them Frontosa,s and Demasoni,s im just not sure of the compatibility i know your not sup

Seemed a nice fella Ken Norton i remember watching a video where he talked about life and boxing he was very honest he said he only took up boxing to avoid going in the marines,he didnt think he was very good but really worked on his physical strength and power as he felt it was the only thing he had going for him. All joking aside i think its great the amount of thought some of you fellas put into your fatherly responsibilities......makes me a bit jealous really as thats one area of life i completely f****d up in and you dont get a second chance sadly......so listening to some of yous who are doing things the right way and putting so much thought and effort in is like a breath of fresh air in todays society......hats off to yous.

The rspca have had free advertising via the press and media for 25 years its nothing new.........when a conviction comes off for them they have to get Aunty Lilly,s hand in her pocket to make up for the previous f**k up,s they,ve made..........In the 90,s their biggest advert was wiping out a breed of dog........its up to proper dog people working and pet owners to educate people like Aunty Lilly otherwise she,ll just continue to watch the adverts and read the papers and think what a wonderful job is being done catching those nasty men.

I dont think we have any right to tell them what to do.......if as a nation we have issues with them then we should have the backbone to keep them away in the first place........we accept them living here so we should accept what comes with it..............we find it offensive when foreigners refuse to speak English but we dont force them to learn it......same thing as far as im concerned........if we take in the waifs and strays of the world we have to live with all that entails.

He,s fighting a German i cant remember his name think he,s rated around 20-25........im the same i like Delboy he doesnt fear a loss and puts himself out there.....his attitude is he,s carving out a decent living off the game and anything else is a bonus......good luck to him.....id like to see him just once go through a proper training camp where he dedicates himself 100 % and his mind is fully on the job.....i think a lot of folk might be surprised at what he can do.

What you lads are forgetting when talking about conditioning for the combat sports is that a fighter like Mayweather will cut absolutely no corners whatsoever in preparation.....with the type of wealth top fighters have ( which top fighters in other fight sports dont have ) comes things like specialist chefs following you about cooking every meal to exact standards throughout a 10 week camp......top notch masseuse.....top notch doctors/health specialists doing blood counts every day.......simple things like being able to pay to take close friends away on training camp with you meaning boredom

hes up and down gnash between light middle and middle . hes had a fair few fights as a pro .hes a good fighter very stylish and improving all the time .hes a first cousin to ty . Right ok ..............i was telling some of the lads on here about an old gym mate of mine Mark Prince whos making a comeback at 43......this is the same show so i,ll be ringside for this one i,ll have a good look at him.

Was only having this conversation today on the way to the game......Mayweather is without doubt the best fighter of his generation....but not of all time......id put him in the top 5 fighters of all time as he,s fought the best of his era and will more than likely retire undefeated.........but you cant put him above Ray Robinson or Ali......im probably a bit biased as my ol man named me after him but for me there will never be a fighter who can top Ray Robinson the sport is so different now to then..... a fighter having 200 fights,going up and down the weights fight after fight month after mo

phil fury and his brother Hughie are Tysons first cousins hughies pro debut is at York hall on the 27th, Tysons other first cousin Hughie is also heavyweight, peters son, fought on channel 5 a few times. Have i got that right theres 2 Hughie Furys then ?.......Both heavyweight ?................Not sure how far any of them will go but they,re certainly getting involved in the domestic scene.......good luck to them.
