Cornish-V-Joshua...commonwealth Heavyweight Title

Bang on..............i think its horrible how so called Brits can be so biased between one British sportsman and another.....people have their favorites thats fine but to be so poisonous towards another Brit just because he,s not your favorite Brit very strange ! It doesnt take an experienced boxing eye to see Joshua is an outstanding prospect what folk find hard to admit about that i dont know.....i remember seeing fighters like Honeyghan and Benn when they were young prospects it was like watching a young David Beckham kick a ball or a young Tom Jones sing a song it was obvious you was -
Its nothing to do with the parenting rights and wrongs i couldnt give a shit what the kids done......ive seen tragedies in boxing rings and both times it involved seasoned experienced pros yet still the sport of boxing was called into question........so a young inexperienced kid being taught a lesson by his father becomes another statistic and the sport of boxing is shamed..........the sport needs protecting its not a tool to be used to " teach a lesson ".

So you get pictures and evidence............. but then ask different questions .......that can go on forever mate ! When aeroplanes are driven into solid buildings at 500 mph i think its probably safe to say that not everything is going to have a nice simple explanation......i mean what do engines look like under those conditions i dont know ?

What a stupid thing to do a boxing ring is not the place to be teaching life lessons........give him an hour of training like a boxer if you want to break him down......but any pro who would open up on a kid whos never boxed before........is not a pro simple as that.

See what your saying mate...but if you thought it was such a shame...how come you didnt start a thread about groves??...cant say i start a thread about every title fight i watch...but thought what with all the banter about Joshua on here it might make a talking point...did you see the Josh Warringnton fight last week?...them Leeds lads know how to support their locals...you think Mitchell Smith will knock him out like he did Dennis Tubiron??...lets hope Groves brings home the belt...but have the feeling he might just come up short I hardly think starting a topic on the huntinglife forum w -

The difference between Whyte and Joshua for me is that big Josh is improving with every fight he is still nowhere near the end product but Whyte i feel is as good as he,s ever going to be.....Joshua always had strength and power but he is so much more instinctive now he makes an opponent pay for every little mistake they make and Cornish got himself square on early and paid the price......Joshua is a great student of the sport he is a trainers dream and is showing a desire to really hurt opponents now ive noticed a nasty little grin that comes across his face as soon as he smells blood lately -
How can people of been identified if no bodyparts were found ? We,ve seen footage of the Pentagon getting hit ? 9 hijackers still alive....where are they ? what have they said ? I dont buy it mate......when something has never happened like that before theres no guide book for how it should go down im no engineer but having spoken to a few who have said that based on the info theres no reason the sequence of events wouldnt of gone off just how it did i dont see any real reason to question it.

Out of the whole thing the only bit id be a little bit dubious of is the flight 93 one that apparently went into the ground ive often wondered if the yanks took that out themself but rather than admit doing so made hero,s out of the passengers.

I dont think you can have such massive and dramatic events like that happen without having a few unexplainable occurences.....ive watched all sorts of conspiracy shit about the twin towers some of it is almost laughable............call me gullible but ive not seen anything to make me think it didnt happen exactly as it was reported.............tragic yet fascinating moment in history.

Ive never seen Cornish before i couldnt believe the size of him when they weighed in i dont remember seeing big Josh looking up at an opponent he,s going to be facing movement for the first time but still i cant see Cornish lasting more than 3 rounds Joshua is carrying a lot of nastiness in his punches lately. Seems a bit of a shame that we have a London lad fighting for a legitimate world title tonight and nobody cares he seems to have gone right under the radar but best of luck to George Groves tonight hopefully another belt coming home to England. -

Sounds like a nice bloke. Its a perfectly legitimate company been going near 20 years...and if all your worried about is being nice then give the grand to charity. I dont know about other areas but when we was young they used to be called the tally man round here and most people had one.....only difference now is they sell money instead of goods. -

A good friend of mine started a door money loans firm back in the 90,s on £1000.........today he employs about 15 people and collects 15 - 20k per week around East London and Essex......give that a go.......just not in East London or Essex -
Showing my age a bit but that goal reminded me of Roy Race .....and even Blackie Gray got in on the celebrations

Much as id like to see an away win i reckon this might be the kick start United need............Mancs 2 Liverpool 0

Yep fair point there dont seem much wrong with his touch when theres no pressure on....thinking about it your right.......id like to see the kid Kane pushed on now we dont want another tournament of if,s but,s and next times Rooneys got his record now lets get Kane settled in and some experience under his belt before France.
-
I agree it was a crap atmosphere as are many of our home games these days......our away support is superb and always has been but i just dont think many regular football fans think our country is all that important anymore. Seems ironic that Rooney breaks the record when he looks to be playing just about the worst football of his career he just looks like his touch has completely gone to me.....fair play to him though getting the record before the age of 30 is some achievement.

Having known the man since childhood and shared plenty of ups and downs its not for me to say how they came by money, even though its no big secret .....theres a reason he doesnt go into much detail in his book of why the whole family got banged up in the 70,s and while he will acknowledge to anyone he comes into contact with that he wasnt always a nice man he is certainly a changed man and thats all that matters.........as regards being a " gumshield rinser " that was a figure of speech to get a point over.... he has been without doubt the greatest British trainer of his generation......by the -
I never thought she was all that but seeing pictures of her now she looks like shes been left to hang out on the washing line too long.......give me a healthy looking sort with curves and a pretty face any day of the week over that ol moose.

Slow down mate you,ve got my post all wrong.....the Krays messed it up and died in prison......how can that be a success story ?.....im talking about the success stories that have come out of the East End.....whether they were based on the straight world or crooked matters not .....after obtaining reasonable wealth had the Krays eased themself into the straight world they could of been judged a success but they didnt they wasnt interested in the straight world they wanted fame and glamour it wasnt a competition to see who was the hardest.......As boxers im told Reggie was decent and Ronnie was -

I must of copped the wrong end of what you was saying .......in my opinion being " hardworking " is a quality very few people are willing to admit to not having. I totally agree with your line " if someone was working every hour under the sun i wouldnt be impressed id be sympathetic "..........perfectly put. -

that's it , anybody shoot a gun , any young bloke wanting to make a name for him self more so on drugs , would take either of them gays out no prob , and they the krays wouldn't have been missed well not by me, and I was born in 1952 . my old chap was proper man had 4 kids , worked 60 hours a week 2 jobs, looking after us 4 kids , we came 1st him+ mom second that's a man to admire , not couple puffs tooled up with plenty back up , that's cowards .!! Bird they wasnt out to make their families proud they was out for fame and fortune.....which for a couple of not very bright -
Certainly not lazy and yes i agree i think a lot of these traveller boys are just not blessed physically Fury looks the same, nothing wrong with their levels of fitness they just dont strip down like athletes.....my big worry with Billy Joe is that although he takes a great shot and is plenty durable enough he just doesnt have the power to stop an opponent in their tracks, which at the very top level can prove a weakness......im not too sure about Lee weight wise ive never really followed his career to be honest.
