When your fans can dictate what players the club plays or doesnt play..... thats different gravy. When you take a certain amount of pride watching a 16 year old local boy holding his own against some of the worlds top players having watched him come through the youth set up......thats different gravy. 3200 isnt really enough if you have a fast metabolism mate.....whatever your maintenance calorie intake is 500 above that is what an average person will need to gain 1 pound per week....you being a hard gainer/fast metabolism it will be more try to make around 4000 if 3200 is balancing out.....very basic of course but your age/activity/work/sleep will all effect metabolism.

As a boxing fan my favorite ever division and era of boxing was the mid ,s lightweight division there was some great fights.....fighters such as Alexis Arguello,Edwin Rosario,Howard Davis,Jose Ramirez,Ray Mancini,Livingstone Bramble,Aaron Pryor,Bobby Chacon,Hector Camacho,Boza Edwards,Bazooka Limon,Cesar Chavez,Jimmy Paul,Greg Haugen,Vinny Paz.......truly fantastic era of boxing in an often overlooked weight division.

I remember all that fuckery....if i remember right you had to cut half the transmission tunnel away when putting a v6 into a mk 1 Escort.....all the world cup crossmembers and revolution wheels,twin 45,s .... they were the days when even a soppy c**t like me could get some spanners out and have a tinker today i dont even bother lifting the bonnet i havent got a clue whats going on !

Get yourself down to the Ford Heritage Museum in Dagenham.......you can look but you cant touch ................got some fantastic cars in there its like walking back into your youth.

There was an Rs200 in Classic Car magazine the other week for 325k !.........Saw one sell at auction a few years ago for 220ish 0 - 60 in 3.2 seconds if i remember right......in 1985 !

I wouldnt say it makes anyone less of a " dogman " whatever that is supposed to be these days......but i think it stands to reason that someone willing to travel for the right dog is more committed than someone who is not. If the blood is important to you then theres no choice anyway i know of people who have done some crazy things to get the blood they wanted.......doesnt make them any more " dogman " just means they are single minded in their commitment to what they want......i can respect that.

The Hagler/Hearns first round is the single greatest opening round in boxing history for me......rarely do you see a fight of such magnitude kick off with a tear up like that....all correctly delivered hard,powerful punches when both were completely fresh in the fight......i still think Hearns only decided to meet Hagler head on in a tear up in those very first few seconds you almost hear his mind saying " well f**k it then if thats how you want it lets go "......it was a very rare setting for a good old fashioned straightener and as opening rounds go ive seen no better.

Im not so sure about that i was dancing around like a f****n madman last night .....8 years since we beat them Gooners,it was a day i,ll remember for a long time.......these mickey mouse clubs who rant on about different class support.....our support yesterday was as good as i remember in years and thats in the same month we,ve taken big numbers to Andorra,Malta and Romania for nothing........theres a lot of my generation who will be calling time this year and a few games like that yesterday is no less than we deserve.....f****n right we,ll get over excited

All the wags are drawn to Canning Town and Bethnal Green havent you noticed !!....This club never has relied on buying talent as was proved again yesterday with 3 local lads who were picked up off the estates and came through the academy.....Bilic knows the club and knows the importance of putting priority on young local lads over average foreign talent.......nobody cares about your pretty girlfriend round here or how much you paid for your penthouse if you cant perform stay away.

Every home game is going to be a party regardless,the part of the ground im in they normally start chucking you out around 8 o clock but apparently its going to be midnight all season !.....It takes a special occasion for me to have a drink but my ol heads been banging all day today if it had been at home yesterday i might of gone the whole hog and drunk some beer .....If you let me know what dates your over Wilf your welcome to come up with us you dont want all that f****n about outside the ground there wont be much left of it by then anyway !

Still think Arsenal should of got a Benzema type of player to make a serious challenge i still think it will be Chelsea and City top 2 with Arsenal/Utd fighting it out for 3rd......Swansea might surprise a few people.......i,ll be over the moon if my Hammers can nick a top 17 place
