    Just outside Welshpool a few minutes from Powis Castle......ive fallen for a town we stopped in called Montgomery what a charming little manor full of equally charming people......welcomed a couple of horrible looking fuckers like us in like we was long lost friends.....cant quite get my nut around herds of cows walking along the street ....but really appealed to me in a strange kind of way !

    The mistake a lot of Northerners make when coming down to Wembley is once they get off the M1 onto the North Circular they get off at the first sign for Wembley they see which takes you round to the main car parks in front of the ground ( the 30 quid ones ) Stay on the North Circular till the next exit where the 4 windmills are and follow Great Central Way round under the bridge past the Tesco,s,chuck the right at the junction and follow Great Central Way all the way round till you can see the arch on top of the stadium........once there you,ll be spoilt for choice to park !.........if its

    Its up to the individual i dont have a problem giving to them but i dont like this automatic putting a few bob in their hand and walking away if ive got the time and they,ve got the manners ive no problem with having a chat and seeing them alright i dare say they,re not all what they seem but having faith that the odd one is genuine is good enough for me........i wasnt born yesterday and any folk that take kindness for weakness wont get a second glance and that sits right with me i think we do these things for ourselves as much as the other person i cant see whats wrong with that.

    All round the industrial estates on Fourth and Fifth Way there will be small car parks charging a tenner or 15 quid......other than that get on the Asda car park and walk down Wembley Park Drive....or Wickes/Halfords on the retail park.................its not too bad mate all things considered.

    So you believe that the original bulldog that never needed to show gameness is responsible for the gameness needed in pit dogs......no i dont buy that...... Im off to catch a bit of sun now which is a shame as this will most likely develop into an interesting little debate......as much love and admiration as i have for the breed ive never been a big book reader so never paid too much attention to history so i might of picked up a thing or two ! .....all the best chaps.

If im not wrong the Cajun rules were brought out in order to stop a dog needing to scratch into a dead dog to obtain victory.......so if the sole objective was the first dog to kill or inflict as much damage on the opponent as possible is the winner then where is the need for gameness ?......which as we know was a trait that existed in these dogs long before Cajun rules came into play.......yet a trait not really associated with Bulldogs.     Im no historian of the breed it doesnt particularly interest me but in terms of " type " i dont believe type has any bearing on the internal workings of a dogs make up he either is or he isnt i dont think looks/type come into it personally as we are way too far down the line in terms of genetic re-direction to differentiate between bull type and terrier type for anything more than physical conformation....... for me it was nature that hatched the plan....but man who built it.

    Taz off here told me the best way of sexing the Goldies is something to do with the brown underneath the wing i forget exactly what it was now but i remember him saying the red going past the eye isnt always reliable......ask him he,s a knowledgeable chap.

    A beginner can make things as simple as they want or as complicated as they want........ive seen plenty of people get interested in training but probably less than half STAY interested......on average the people who tend to keep the beginning simple stay interested and the people who complicate the beginning with numbers and excess information tend to lose desire and motivation........coincidence or pattern id say its a pattern.
