So what are you saying then mate wipe our hands of societies losers ?.....i mean thats a fairly steep drop from the old bulldog spirit of the generation before ours isnt it ? All we're constantly told about how brave and ferocious society was during and after war years.,how with great courage and fortitude British bulldog spirit saw everyone stick together..............to a " f**k em " attitude a generation or two down the line.....doesnt bode too well for the " changes " we,ve seen in our country over the last 30/40 years does it.

Some of the best equipment ive used to target specific muscle groups has been odds and sods laying about that ive " manufactured " into something......some of the contraptions ive made up with cables and pulleys to get the right angles look outright bizarre !.....my eyes lit up when i saw that bar it looks right up my street ?

Im sure the fella is sound.....plenty of chaps of our generation are down to earth and sound it comes with the ageing process.....that doesnt mean they havent and dont continue to make an absolute c**t of it from time to time i dont know many perfect people do you ?

Your trying to cut off the headache by cutting off the head mate....for me the obvious if somewhat distasteful answer is to value ourselves more than others,help our own more than others,educate our own more than others.....but unfortunately British society,particularly white British society is being conditioned to hate themselves !

I normally get a bollockin for saying it but i think as a nation we pay far too much benefit money to far too many people....a young lad i know just split with the mother of his kid and so naturally is paying his way etc.....apparently they dont even take the child payments out of a birds benefit money anymore ?....they get both !!....not a bad little earner is it if the ol man earns decent money.

Kept simple....to me thats just basic benefit fraud....which as far as im concerned is something this country needs to clamp right down on. Complete wasters can be left to rot.....but most people who are just a bit lazy could quickly be put back on track by not having their substandard morals and values bolstered by the " poor little me " victim mentality our society currently encourages.

No we,re not India have overtaken us with a GDP of $2.94 trillion........they have jumped 4 places in 5 years yet we still send India foreign aid while we have children in poverty on our own streets.

I met Fury once just in brief gym conversation up in Yorkshire about 30 odd years ago didnt know who he was at the time but since Tyson Furys emergence i now realise who he was. Micky Theo ive met a number of times just through mutual acquaintance type things but havent spoken to him in years.....and no i have no idea or interest in who would win a fight.

My attitude is if a man hasnt made his name in whatever he chooses to do in life by that age then its probably best to go find something else to do. Of what interest " a fight " like this could possibly be to anyone other than impressionable young lads God only knows.

" highly dangerous dip station " I was simply pointing out that most people that have been training more than a few months know that most Argos stuff is light gauge home equipment aimed at beginners and teenagers....for reasons only you know you took exception to that but no problem i cant be bolloxed in all honesty...enjoy your training

MIcky Theo was a good bodybuilder back in the 90,s used to do a door at Camden Palace....had a few bars and a club later on as i remember. Why these 2 men feel the need to throw their names and faces into the public consciousness at this stage of life is beyond me...embarrassing !

Whats the diameter of that bar Stiff about a Coke can ?......i have decent size hands and have used a similar size for grip work it certainly takes some holding.....thats a nice solid frame,if it go,s tits up its because you failed not the equipment failed ?

I can tell from a picture because its typical cheapo Argos light gauge, nuts and bolts home gym equipment.....but you crack on ?

" Home Gym " strength equipment is illegal in " Commercial Gyms " for good reason......if you are 15 stone reasonably strong and train with enough intensity thats coming apart....hopefully it gives you fair warning first.

If your anything over about 10 stone id swerve Argos strength training equipment if i was you ? Personally id feel safer with a couple of bits of 3 x 2 from Wickes ?
