Similar story with a mate of mine i was talking to earlier his wifes a dental nurse at Whipps Cross in London.....yesterday she was measured up for the masks they all have to wear and has been told to report to the ICU first thing tomorrow......she hasnt got the foggiest idea about ICU !

Im completely on the fence about all this,whether its the figures,the illness itself....i just dont know enough to have a strong opinion either way but something thats obvious to me that just seems to get brushed under the carpet is did we honestly think we was never going to come unstuck being as ridiculously overpopulated as we are ?......did we not think that the infrastructure of our country was ever going to be effected by mass immigration ? In 20 years the population of London has increased by 3 million.....the population of Birmingham has doubled !....it doesnt take a clever person

Too right....its times like now that i wish id married a mumsy stay indoors housewifey type.....the gaff is a mess and im weighing about 9 stone now ? Ive said it a lot recently but the times we currently find ourselves in make you appreciate a lot of stuff we take for granted.

Its a difficult one....if i dont mind getting down and dirty then its thick crusty bread....but on best behaviour its toasted all day long.....6 soldiers to 1 slice is perfect for width.....6 dips to 1 egg.....butter has to of melted into the toast or again it gets too messy.....glass of pure orange followed by 2 normal toast/marmalade with a nice cuppa rosey does the trick for me.

That does look pretty much the perfect boiled egg to be fair.....any longer and you cant dip your soldiers in....any shorter and its full of snot. Toasted soldiers or bread is the only conundrum now.

This is the problem though mate we,re not actually in a " lockdown "....the word gets thrown around like we are but we,re not or that shop would be shut and them 100 people would be indoors.....id guess the ways shops like that get around it all is because they sell food,even just crisps ! Ive said for a few weeks now either get us into a proper lockdown or dont bother.......this is all too half hearted for my liking.

Its not about being hard nosed mate....if you're going into business its to make money not friends so i want to find the best and most efficient way of doing that....and from what ive experienced my way works for me but each to their own and of course....God loves a trier etc etc

I think the term psycho means different things to different people....to most of us its a person you avoid at any cost.....but make no mistake in certain communities and areas of life its almost a term of endearment,how many little street kids will say " dont f**k with him he,s a psycho ".....some people even named their dogs Psycho for crying out loud !! Like most things terms and phrases get twisted to the point where the true meaning is lost......i spent a bit of time as a youngster around a chap with genuine psychotic tendencies and believe me it was no fun at all.

This is where ive always said people bite off more than they can chew.....im not remotely smart enough,or even have the inclination enough to f**k about vetting and getting to know tradespeople and making sure they are of good character,thats someone elses job....but between me and them are people i trust,people of great value to me......and the reason they are of great value is they also have the same mindset which is simply about taking responsibilty and thats something nobody wants to do when the suns not shining,so what do you do all sit playing the blame game ?......if you have set yourse

Its still the same logic though mate if you dont trust the man below you how can you possibly expect to trust the man below him....unless its a multi national company where people are going to slip through the cracks your average small business works on trust going down not up,it doesnt matter what rung of the ladder you're on you put your legals and project managers in place and they put their workforce in place its human nature for people to pass the buck and its always passed down thats how blame always works......so if im looking to blame somebody i totally trust then its on me.

Far be it from me to criticise anyone.....but that line alone is just not something i could accept in a business sense...i have a number of different people ive used for a lot of years now in various different fields not just because they are top notch at what they do but because they have qualities that are important to me.....to knowingly have it any other way is a compromise i just couldnt live with.....again,just my opinion like.

Thats the thing though mate just saying " he gave me no reason not to trust him " isnt good enough....you want to KNOW that you can trust someone because you;ve put the leg work in to find out not just have casual faith in that " well he seems alright ".....ok im probably a bit too full on for most people as i dont go for all that fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me nonsense..... trust and loyalty are of massive importance to me so if someone proves to not be at the level i demand then shame on me regardless.
