    Thankyou squire if i know my West Ham it'll be a short lived pleasure ? I was genuinely stunned by the scenery ive seen parts of the Highlands and West Coast before but this was something else....normally im stopping every 2 minutes taking a thousand pictures only to get back home and delete 995 because they're nearly all the same so didnt bother this time just took a handful on the phone....typical !....yes the bikers were good lads,even headed me a chaperone through one awkward spot,good people for Jocks.     Same i often wonder that if we had our time over again.....not sure about all the savagery as im such a peace loving chap ....but think id of enjoyed all the fitness/togetherness/camaraderie etc It just wasnt something lads from our area gave much thought to unfortunately.

    I think its probably fair to say that most of us over time have become more tolerant of queers but i still wouldnt choose to be around them or in their company.....a couple of times years ago on social get togethers i found myself in the company of Boy George ( friend of a friend type scenarios i might add !! ) and i found him a genuinely funny,good natured character ...but i never feel comfortable around people i know to be bent even though i know many are a good giggle......ive been to a few of these little do's where theres drag queens and looking a bit of an old bruiser im always a target

    Whats the name of the canal boat chap on here......im watching a nice little series on Amazon called " Travels by Narrowboat " i wonder if he's seen it. Its about a chap who's just had enough of regular life,sells up buys a boat and just starts plotting round the country....dont get me wrong he's a bit of a berk but really interesting watching how it all works.

    Hello mate no we/i bottled it ?....there was 2 places we veered off the route and that was one of them,from Shieldaig we went across to Kalnikill as there was a little spot i wanted to find,then went down to Applecross from there and took the same route out to get back across to Inverness.....we bumped into a couple of biker chaps doing the route a few times who warned us against Bealach,they said we probably wouldnt enjoy it as its so stressful driving,and apparently there are far fewer passing places which considering i hate reversing this thing made the decision for me really !.....also the

    The conspiracy theorist types always amuse me,not just on here but life in general the way they come across like anyone who doesnt believe what they believe is the most naive,gullible idiot in existence ?....if they genuinely have views on something different to the norm then great put your thoughts out there as they are often interesting to listen to....but to talk about such things so conclusively almost belittles their whole argument in the first place......why cant they just have theories and ideas like the rest of us.

    Just come back from a little trip doing what they call the North Coast 500 started in Inverness right up the A9 to Wick....across the other side to Durness,all down the West coast....Ullapool,Lochinver and all them places down as far as Applecross and then back to Inverness......ive seen bits of Scotland before but stone me i was flabbergasted,unbelievable scenery !....even the Jocks were pleasant......has the makings of a beautiful peaceful way of life....a life worth fighting for !

    Leyton Baths near us actually doubled up as a boxing venue believe it or not....the ol fella boxed their loads of times the best seats in the house was the 10 metre diving board what a terrible place that was ?....regards school ours was literally like a prison block every door to the outside was locked to stop you running away we had a north and south playground with barbed wire round the walls...only through force of habit we turned up in the mornings !     Schools with swimming pools ?.....posh fuckers,our school barely had enough desks to go around. My ol woman always cracks me up talking about her canoeing lessons in the school lake behind the school football pitches next to the school swimming pool....how the other half live !

    Exactly,most cant force you to use a main dealer as long as approved parts are used and service schedule is kept up.....i have a motor that not using a main dealer invalidates the warranty as they insist on their own testing equipment being used......you could get any garage to do the diagnostics for instance but because it wont be as in depth as their own ones they insist on a main dealer...but you sign an agreement to it when you buy the car so alls fair.

    Hardly watched any of it,like someone said earlier its becoming like the Eurovision song contest....the more they drag politics and social engineering into sport the less competitive it will become.

    Not sure about Fords but for a lot of manufacturer warranties the car has to have been regularly serviced by a franchised dealer to stay valid.....they cant force you to but if its not done to the manufacturers schedule using approved parts they can wriggle out if it easily.....that doesnt effect your statutory rights of course which people get confused with any private individual buying from a trader is covered by the consumer rights act

    Im sure they thought so yes,same as we do......i agree with much of what you're saying mate i just think that upon reaching a certain stage in life every generation has that " the world is about to explode " attitude.....i dont think we are different to any other era in that respect the menu of what to be outraged by has been updated thats all.....and yes people will be forced to tolerate infringements on their lives....same as always.
