Im not a cardiologist but i do know the normal order of investigation for such symptoms are normally ecg,echocardiogram,angiogram......least invasive first obviously......the issue i had didnt show up on an ecg or echocardiogram....only on an angiogram.....the way it was explained to a simpleton like me was echocardiogram is for the engine and angiogram is for the pipework ?
  4. Apologies for boring the pants off 99% of folk but im almost positive theres a couple of arm wrestling fans out there ive nattered to before....just to let you know theres a historic match coming up this weekend between the greatest puller in history John Brzenk and the latest up and coming young prospect Chance Shaw.....its a massively exciting match up as John hasnt pulled properly for a few years now after a combination of injuries and just generally being " finished " with arm wrestling he recently entered the Utah State Tournament which is always high level competition and he won it convi

Could it be a combination of the heat and bad sleep pattern ?.....palpitations can certainly spook you a bit i used to get these weird flutters that felt like your heart was going out of rhythm for a few seconds,is there any dizziness involved....when it comes to the ticker just get as many tests done as you can.....and stay off Google !!
  7. It seems to be going under the radar a bit but you self employed lads are able to claim a 5th Covid grant at the end of this month make sure you steam in
  8. No thats the trouble whenever i go to Wales its always from the middle - upwards i think Aberytswyth ( spelling ? ) is probably about the closest ive been that way....folk are often saying to venture south theres just so many places to see,i forget the name of it that whatsit peninsular always looks blindin in pictures i quite fancy that, maybe in a few weeks
  9. Nice,if your from that manor how do places like Ilfracombe/Woolacombe compare to further down Cornwall for beeches similar ?.....North Devon is about the only part we havent covered down there....obviously im only passing through so bound to be more to it but i thought Brean was nice enough though didnt venture out as far as the sea i could barely see it !
  10. Right gotcha yep i can see that.....whats old Parry doing these days is he still on there i used to like listening to him but i think he got chucked off the daytime shows.
  11. I grew up on council estates in East London mate....trust me Brean Beech in Somerset is better than Victoria Park Lido in Hackney ?
  12. Ive found that when you dont give them the opportunity to be a victim they really dont know where to go,to them its like starting a match at nil nil instead of already being 4 goals behind they dont know how to talk " on the level "
  13. Going helping to build schools is the " in thing " with silver spoon little white kids on a gap year nowadays......again,it always reminds me of the reality to racial difference.
  14. I was like that when i was younger and didnt really know how to communicate without lashing out but i think the older you get the more you learn how to express yourself without making a complete bollocks of it and coming across like a wild animal.....im not educated by any stretch of the imagination but ive learned how to conduct myself in any type of company over the years and one thing ive observed is that nothing intimidates these type of blacks more than an unafraid, direct, factually speaking white man who can string a sentence together without losing his cool.....but yes i totally get your
  15. If he wants to avoid the verbal lashings my ol ladies capable of he'd be as well hiding behind me ?
  16. Thankyou squire i used to go past a place called Eyemouth right on the border there that i always thought looked nice i know its not a million miles away from Holy Island so might have a trot up there if we dont like the look of where we are. Cheers boss,i left the planning of this little jaunt down to the mrs, apparently we're stopping a few nights in York a site called Rowntree which she reckons is next to the River Ouse and a short walk to York Cathedral....if anyone knows that way is it a walk ? Then up to some gaff called Nunnykirk for a few nights which is either in or
  17. Times certainly change back then it was somewhere you dumped stuff you never wanted any comeback on....these days you cant get near Vicky or Albert docks without a security pass and full body screening ?
  18. Stick at it mate, conquer your fears etc A well known old Texan dogman once told me something that stuck with me forever and ive been guilty of repeating it as if it were my own saying over the years.....he said " Son,the toughest matches you're ever gonna have in this life will be when you are matched into yourself "
  19. You sure you're not getting mixed up with Mike Parry who did/does a Talksport show with him ? Mike Parry is a funny, likeable sort of chap....Mike Graham is a raging lefty prick !
  20. f****d if i can get on that unless i go and sit in the motor and i aint doing that but just looked him up......young black lad with an afro is straight away someone id be happy to listen to,obviously has a bit of pride about him....thanks for the pointer mate
  21. Well its not quite camping i dont know if a motorhome counts but dragged our thing over the West country again for a few days ended up in a little place called Brean id never heard of it before......the thought of seeing folk wandering around Greece/Cyprus at the moment with masks/socially distanced/places closed etc just makes me depressed so was well pleased to find this pleasant bit of beech....and the mrs even agreed to go in goal, what more can you ask !....heading up towards the north east this week give that a go.
  22. Exactly.....and the sooner we realise and accept the biological reasons why,the better for all concerned.
  23. Ive had many similar conversations with blacks and in all fairness they're not all like that.....whether you come to agree with each other or not is irrelevant but these types of uncomfortable conversations are absolutely vital to have if multiculturalism is to ever stand any chance of working so fair do's for doing it Wilf......im spending a lot of time listening to this chap Jared Taylor of late as he is one of the few " voices " out there who thinks exactly like i do ( he just speaks posher than me ) ?.....but this bird who interviewed him is pretty much along the lines of a few blacks i re
