  1. I dont think Joshua is scared to let his hands go i just think he is " over coached " ....he doesnt have the instinct to feel his way through fights and put the heat on when it feels right to and so he sticks to a script......the trouble is his script is written by a man who coaches amateur boxers and is based mostly around the basic technical aspects of boxing.....but it wasnt technical boxing basics that got Joshua to the world stage it was physical strength and nastiness. I just think they have got too far away from what got him to the top and like you say its too late in the day to le
  2. Ive probably gone a bit ott mate but just to stress my point....George Foreman was no slick boxer or masterful tactician....can you imagine his trainer sending him out to " box " against anyone, ever ?......no.....he got sent out to do as much damage to an opponent as physically possible with the attributes you have !
  3. No,i dont think he does....he is not a natural fighter and so totally relies on the advice he recieves.....he doesnt " feel " what natural fighters feel he boxes to a plan.....you can never fully blame a coach but why at no point did Joshua commit to attacking Usyk, even if he got all out of shape and ragged he clearly had to change something and take chances...honestly mate for me Joshuas corner have to take a lot of responsibility for that loss....and again, different tactics in a rematch may well prove as much.
  4. The trouble is though mate McCracken is predominantly a trainer of amateur fighters, technique and basics etc.....i dont personally think he understands flow and momentum in fights, shifting tactics etc.....how many times could you hear shouts of " brilliant boxing AJ " coming from the corner just because he happened to get his front foot on the outside...thats absolute basics against a southpaw theres nothing brilliant about it its almost like they treat Joshua as a child or novice boxer instead of committing to what he is good at ( his physicality ) I wouldnt be surprised to see Joshua co
  5. At some point you have to question the coaching of a boxer who has been " built " like Joshua has......Joshua isnt a natural boxer thats clear,he has been manufactured into a strong, aggressive physical specimen who can get the job done when he go's after opponents. Joshua needed to use the physical attributes that got him there yet chose to stand off and throw single shots against a masterful boxer like Usyk.....Joshua is a devastating combination puncher with strength and speed, but lacks ring iq......yet he spent 12 rounds throwing single shots and never changing his plan when it clearly
  6. The gaffs becoming hilarious when even a thick c**t like me could have predicted shit like this happening ! Someone sent me this which i thought was quite apt.
  7. It absolutely blows my mind the lengths they are going to with this type of stuff, there was a time when to get a pro licence to box you had to pass stringent physical and mental examinations......now it seems even being a full on lunatic wont stop you.....infact being a full on lunatic will actually get you to the front of the queue in terms of public exposure......we live in a strange world where good is bad and bad is good.
  8. People at the black lives matter riots looked " normal " but it didnt stop them misbehaving and breaking laws unchallenged.....which normal do you like ? You mentioned some of the stuff chaps like you and me did years ago as if its similar and its not even remotely close we were taking our protests to the back yards of the people we were protesting not going to some random area to endanger and generally piss off totally unassuming regular bods going about their day.....as someone else said i cant really get what you are seeing here mate.
  9. I never harmed anyone who didnt have it coming....did you ?....and i certainly never caused problems for people who wasnt involved in the same issues i was......these people are doing precisely the opposite of what we was doing back then. Its funny,we always presumed our statues and monuments were safe until " they " stood by and watched people break the law....the same " they " who were asking these unwashed pricks if they were comfortable while they was breaking the law. I dont know what you're seeing here its not difficult to join the dots up.

Low 50's yes but ive always held a decent level of fitness and also take Bisoprolol which is a beta blocker. I bet that was a funny scene sat their with your eyes closed counting your heart beats...." oi soppy bollocks wake up and get digging you cxxt "............" ssshhhhhh" ?

Without looking it up id say the average resting heart rate for a 50 year old man is in the 75 - 100 region......im guessing Kings around that age.
  12. But what happened to the simple " VOTE ". Have you stopped shaving and had one of them white man dreadlock get ups lately ? ?
  13. To me its just simple time and place and if that isnt taken into consideration then why isnt it.....as Charts said a genuine protest is directed at the people you are protesting against whereas a shout for attention isnt......i read somewhere that this groups Twitter followers went from 200 to 20,000 overnight so mission accomplished in that way but i dont see anything noble in that and probably did more harm than good in the long run....but then i suppose the groups they are attached to are not known for their considerate, tender natures are they !

Maths isnt my strong point but sounds about right for a middle aged chap.....you dont want to have exercised within the last hour or so obviously.
  15. So keeping it simple......ruining peoples days, potentially causing people physical harm in order for a group to raise their public profile....is good now ?.......you seem to be taking some strange stands lately mate.

Technology isnt necessary mate its easy to check at the wrist with your index and middle finger....count the number of beats in 15 seconds and multiply by 4.....to get the most accurate reading do it 3 or 4 times using the average of the 3 values....ive used all the tech and the old fashioned way is never more than 1 or 2 beats different.
  17. Exactly that....hopelessness is a horrible feeling to have during a fight as its not a test of your courage its a test of something much deeper than that.....nice chatting to you squire,be interested in your thoughts after the event
  18. Rigondeaux thats him......it was like the Leonard/Duran no mas fight without the clowning. When sheer ability can make good fighters quit.....thats a special fighter.
  19. You are right Usyk and Lomanchenko are great tacticians but so mentally acute....the type of fighters who can make you quit by just taking your hope away i saw Lomanchenko do that with the Cuban guy sorry i forget his name....they literally exhaust your mental capacity to think clearly and you feel like you just have no options left.....scarey types of fighters but scarey in a whole different way.
  20. For me its just the type of opponent who by his natural assets could expose Joshuas weaknesses......Usyk is one of those fighters who causes mental pressure rather than physical pressure, his footwork moves him into areas you dont feel composed and that is mentally unsettling.....and so for a fighter like Joshua who isnt the most naturally gifted fighter thats going to cause him a lot of stress....maybe to the point where he gets desperate and out of position......its hard to envisage a Usyk points win but a late stoppage......its an interesting match up anyway.
  21. Absolutely...i really admire the life he lives and total commitment he gives to competitive challenges he,s the type of chap you'd want with you rather than against you......but i know seeing adult men box for the first time is always a hard watch and just couldnt watch someone i rate so highly do it ?

A low heart rate doesnt necessarily mean a healthy heart or good level of fitness someone could be on beta blockers or anything, someone mentioned Bradycardia but with a resting heart rate under i think its 60 it isnt even considered a health problem.....in my opinion everybody should know at least month to month roughly what their resting heart rate is.....mines been down as low as low to mid 40's a few years back but is around 51/52 in the morning these days.
  23. I think Usyks footwork, power and accuracy might surprise a few people.....i wouldnt like to call it one way or the other but if Joshua cant get him out in the first half of the fight it could be a long uncomfortable evening for him.
  24. Couldnt even bring myself to watch it i have so much respect for Larratt as an arm wrestler i just couldnt watch him demean himself in this farce.
  25. Didnt like that Green Green Grass thing but what a character in Fools & Horses.....made a few bob but stuck around his own people i always said that series was so comparable to working class folks lives he played the part brilliant theres so many lines we still use and laugh about today.........." the baby's brown " ?...classic.
