    I won’t be swearing allegiance, although I do like the history of it all, what’s happened is we had such an incredible Queen for most of all of our lives that because she’s now gone and we are getting Charles it feels like a step backwards but that’s succession it’s his time, If Charles had been a Alfred the Great type of King i and others might feel differently but it is what it is. I said to my Mrs during the Queens funeral you could clearly see where the power lies in this United Kingdom, the governments who we think rule us looked like a side show the power money properties and wealth

    Couple of hours this evening accounted for four but it should have been seven I’ve either got wonky eyes or my scope needs a tweak, lovely evening to be out I see a few ducks flying over and was surrounded by pheasants calling also with a constant song bird chorus going on.

    Half a pint of Beetroot juice a day x3 beetroot tablets and x2 strong garlic tablets since the Dr said I had to go on blood pressure tablets which I took for ten days I’ve never felt so ill with them so I binned them off and take the above and my BP has dropped to normal numbers and I’m not stuck on blood pressure tablets for life there’s always another way.

    And this is what’s wrong with our health system cancelled at the last minute it’s obvious you have been really anxious about this and no doubt wanted it out the way and so it all starts again till Wednesday can’t be good for people worrying like that,always a positive though Keith go and get a full English down your neck lol….

    I wasn’t aware it had changed shame that some good memories lots of Brits spend Christmas there and have second homes was a very safe place to visit.

    I love the Gambia been twice stayed at the hotel in Banjul next to President Jammehs palace who is long gone now and another time in Kotu, even canoed up the Gambia river fantastic place if you can handle the bumsters lol

    A nice beer I’ve been to Jamaica a few times done quite a bit out there but one of my most memorable moments was the first time I was there we stopped at a shack grabbed some red stripes and some jerk chicken and I was stood there in the warm Caribbean Sea red stripe in one hand chicken in the other and I thought you know what it don’t get better than this little simple things are always the best.
