  7. well that is, as you say your opinion, I supply long bows in recurve and compound, as well as crossbows in recurve and compound, the crossbows from 50lb pistol bows to 180lb full size compound crossbows. I have lots of happy customers with many repeat sales and upgrade sales, from my experience it comes down to what you prefer, personally I like and have used both types of bow and find that a good quality full size crossbow can be very accurate,

  9. I sell crossbows mate (amongst other things ) there are no laws governing the possession of crossbows apart from the legal age limit, which is 17. As already said, it is illegal to hunt any quarry in England using one, Cheers,
  10. Feed her the rabbit whole, (I just gut and skin mine) she will love it, chewing the whole carcase will help strengthen her jaws and neck muscles, keep her entertained and help clean her teeth and gums. as long as it's raw the bones will be great nutritionally for her and will Not harm her at all.
  11. Adagio for strings by tiesto Nah, sorry mate I have it on a CD in front of me, it's by Barber,
  12. they do have a US site mate, this is a link to mincers on their UK site, http://www.northerntooluk.com/products.asp...nders+And+Mills

  14. I think at 14 months you have a good while to decide how to breed her mate, get a few seasons under her, you well probably change your mind a few times over the next few years while she's proving herself,
  15. I think he Has to mean Amir Khan, lol and that piece is as John B said "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff,

  19. I did wonder about this as I thought the "Trap Man" traps were made by them in the UK so I checked their site and read this in their add for the monarch trap........ "This is not the flimsy mesh type so called Monarch rat trap that our competitors sell for less. This is a strong purpose built rat trap manufactured here in the UK by The Trap Man using the same technique as the original design employed when it was first manufactured by hand over 100 years ago. The whole trap is hand made from 1.5mm wire which is dipped into molten zinc after manufacture to give a rat trap that will last a
  20. Oh for a field so close to home..... everywhere I go is a 20 minute drive away, I gotta move house,
  21. Whilst true that the whole animal is best nutritionally for the dog, the problem is a lot of us catch rabbits with our lurchers and feeding them "in their jacket" could result in the dog ragging on them or starting to chow down, and that would be soooooooooooo annoying,
  22. Aye but I bet it was a bloke who invented it,
  23. You also swear by Chudley's according to to your post in that topic. instead of trying to incite an argument just let people do their research and make up their own mind, If you love "complete foods" then great, I hope your dog doesn't get cancer or drop dead years before it's time, my dogs don't race they hunt and I can afford to lose the odd fraction of a second safe in the knowledge that they are getting the best possible diet, . and if their life is brought to an early end it won't be due to something I could prevent. If you read the rest of PW's post you will also see
  24. No Mate, if you are going to feed veg then it should be raw and pulped, in simple terms cooking the veg killes off a lot of the goodness, and dogs cannot digest whole veg. the reason for the pulped veg is to replicate the veg in the gut content of prey animals, the recognised amount for dogs is said to be around 10%. some people feed it, others just feed meat, I like the more varied diet. Dr Billinghurst amongst others have several good books out on the subject. Personally I do this....... I mix minced meat and tripe, fruit/veg, a dash of cod liver oil and a bit of garlic puree, then
  25. Cheers Red, I know the importance of decent post exercise "fuel" in humans, I just presumed the same would be right for the dogs. I don't know of any greyhound stores by me so I'll get myself to the local track and ask around, Cheers,
