  1. Go Travis Perkins, etc and get some white insulation sheet (polystyrene) and sandwich it between the plywood in the kennel, I put mine between the blockwork and the ply.. Or..... ask for "Aerodeck" it's insulation already glued to plywood and usually foil backed, it comes in various thicknesses and has a higher U value than polystyrene.
  2. Same here Indoors, and MP9 in the run,
  3. "Wife" has some from time to time, he's meant to be getting some more soon,
  4. try looking at Northolm supplies at "FERAMO" has all the essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements needed for running dogs and works out cheaper than sa37 at £45 for 3 kilos. and at 2-4g per serving it will last you for ages, also, it comes as a powder so you can mix it with their food easily
  5. Glad Ella is doing well mate, Lovely pup TC, not too dis-similar to my "May"
  6. True enough mate, but if one of us started our own all Brittish made field sport supplies, We'd go under within 6 months and all we would hear is "your stuff's too expensive!"......."we can get that half the price at Ranjit's down the road"!!!!!
  7. As Stated by millet, you have to decide for yourself what pellets suit you and your rifle, personally I use Bisley-long range, in my bsa super 10, found they are the most consistant for me and the rifle,
  8. I think it would depend what you wanted to mince with it, that £70 jobbie wouldn't touch whole carcases,
  9. There are many different methods and what works for you may not work for someone else, if a shake bottle works for you then thats all thats needed, I know a couple of mine would totally ignore the shake bottle. You say people knocking what they know little about but why are you the "expert"? I've been training dogs for various things for years but i'm always learning As for us being wasters, the good thing about this forum is that its about different opinions :11: I made no claim to be an expert my friend, I merely stated an opinion, what p1sses me off is when you try to offer a
  10. Thats easy Moll, there's too many keyboard experts about again, listening to shite and not experience. the reason I sugested the shake bottle is because I know it works from using it myself, yet there's still people knocking what they obviously know little about. you lot keep kneeing your dogs in the chest, I've had enough trying with some people, wasters!
  11. Give the keyboard warriors a section to themselves so they can stay the fcuk away from infecting the rest of the forum! I actually like the idea of catapult hunting,
  12. I'd give my left Bo11ock for a dog like that, (well would have pre ban of course :)
  13. Gotcha I got a cd-rom form a guy today showing someone demonstrating the technique, looks simple enough, just have to practice when it gets here now,
  14. Have you used a shake bottle? put some pebbles in a small plastic drinks bottle, when she jumps up, or does anything you don't want her to, shake it sharply to grab her attention and give the NO! command firmly, I think you'll be suprised how well it works,
  15. Cracking lookers TC, the white dog looks ripped, very fit. what breeding is she, and what do you feed her?
  16. The first one isn't fake, it's a biker who crashed with no helmet and smashed his face into the clocks and yoke on his Harley, the second pic is a power lifter who over did it a tad and prolapsed his arse, fcuk knows about the monkey pic, thats just wrong!
  17. No worries about them surviving mate, I have a small air pump with a 6v battery attached to keep the water in the bucket airated either that or I use a collapsable cray fish trap with the funnels tied off, put the fish in through the zip and hang it in the water,
  18. Cheers moley, there's a guy on "that other site" that has very good results with various fishing nets, he's sending me a dvd on the subject, so in the future I should be getting my live baits sorted early on in the session.
  19. Right then, I've ordered a cast net and when it gets here I'll need to know how to cast it? any advise, pictures, videos etc of how to throw one would be great, (from people who actually know how to, and not the keyboard warriors who've "read about it" ) happy hunting people, cheers
  20. Just roll an old t-shirt into a sausage shape and tie it up with the rabbit pelt around it,
  21. I must send around 50 items a week out and to be honest I've only had a couple of things go astray in the last 500 or so, I don't think thats too bad really. saying that the ones that did go missing were a right fcuk about to sort it out, the problem is things that don't get delivered for some reason go to a sorting centre in Ireland, thats why it takes so long to resolve some of the fcuk ups
  22. i cant see nowt on the bottom left,if you mean the top left its the lads exercise cart for his shetland. Yeah thats what i ment sorry :11: Actually I think he may have meant the bottom right of the top pic, its a little paint shop touch up,
  23. No amount is too much mate...... as long as you can justify it to yourself, it's f**k all to do with anyone else
  24. Have a look at the "Picking pumpkins and groundhogs at the patch" thread, and maybe talk to the woman that posted it,
  25. Nice pics mate, if it was me I'd lose the date off them if I intended to take pics of running stuff though
