  8. No Mate, they have been in a shed and run as long as I've had them and have shown no signs of chewing at it, so I see no reason why they would start now, I will of course keep an eye on it as I would hope anyone would and if there are any signs of gnawing I'll address it.
  9. just what i did Yup, Mine's a glorified extention lead. it's just hiden, goes through an air brick into the house and has a double socket in the shed,
  10. in that case I don't know what you would use, I would think any insulation material would be very bad to ingest. unless you used metal coated sandwich panels.......which would cost you a fortune
  11. alrite vermin dropper ive got the same size shed as that but how do you insolate it? and what kind of fencing did you use? Alright fella, Firstly when I put the shed up I put pollystyrene boards under the floor in between the battons. on the walls inside I used "Rockwool" cavity insulation in between the battons then lined it with plywood, do the same on the door and your away. for the run I've used 12'X6' "Harris" fence panels (building site panels), a whole one for each side and a cut down one for the front, build a timber frame around it, make a gate to fit, board and felt the ro
  12. I just finished 1 today, I've got a 6'X4' shed (insulated) with a 12'X6' covered run attached to it. I'll try to get a couple of pics up in the next few days, edited to say...... this is for two lurchers, 1 is 25" the other 24", cheers

  20. Well I picked "Gyp" up from Gilster on Friday and after a couple of days to settle in it was time to go out for a run. Whilst on Permission, we didn't see many bunnies so we shot this to see how well she would retrieve it, My mate and I both thought she did a fine job.
  21. blimy mate, those pics are getting smaller, stick the one up of you looking about 8, nice 1 mate, we'll get my two out in the week, c if we can retrieve something after it's been shot,
  22. And she seems to be settling very well cheers Gill, like I said to you both, if you're down our way, give us a bell and we'll sort something out, similarly... if you get stuck nearby and need an extra spade, cheers.
  23. Here Here, I dont take my big hob out nearly as much since he started killing and laying up regularly, if a small jill grabs hold, the rabbit has more chance of kicking her off and bolting or still making it to a hole bringing her along for the ride. once my big fella grabs hold, you usually hear a squeal from the rabbit, a sigh from us.... and someone reaches for thr locator! if your ferrets tire quickly..... take another one with you, rotate them throughout the day,
  24. I bet you get through some baby wipes too then with that coat, cracking looking dog fella.
  25. Hey Fella, that'll be the pic you sent me then that I couldn't make out on my phone... nice result..... is that oposite the car park where you go doggin' mate? nice pics, Dom looks well in em, and Murph the yampy bugger, I'll give you a bell before friday,
