    Hi Guys and Gals, I have read in several posts about people using electrolites after exercise........ I'd like to hear peoples opinions on using them and where I would get it from? do you think it's worth it or would you just give water and a feed when you get home? YIS,

    Thats bull mate....... people feed complete feeds for conveinience or they may "believe" that it contains everything needed for the dog's well being, what they don't usually know is all the rubbish that is added to complete feed to bulk and colour it etc. :sick: Those that know (and that can be bothered) feed BARF, its THE ONLY natural complete food that there is, simple as! as already said by plenty......... Good food, good exercise + lots of rest = a happy fit dog, as a body builder once told me.............eat like a horse, train like an animal & sleep like a baby,

    Well I must have completely the wrong idea? :wacko: from DS's first description I imagined it to be more like this...... a self enclosed "pit", thats why I thought a cold water tank would be ideal, because then there would be no water egress. in jb's picture above, a water tank would make no difference to DS's situation as water would just leak through the hole made for the pipe.

    They keep us in some good passtimes DS, not to mention the livelihood of trap manufacturers, pest controllers, pest control instructers, fieldsport film makers, etc etc, if we just went on the rampage and wiped out all the rats, greys, rabbits, mink, fox, etc then we wouldn't have too much sport left would we? then all the antis would be concentrated on what little sport we had left and be even more of a pain in the arse than they are now!     I feed dry complete ferret food purely because mine live in a large court with lots of logs etc where they could hide carcases, and as I don't want fly blown carcases going off the dry complete is the best solution for me. cat food is no where near good enough for ferrets, if you are going to bother going to the pet shop, just buy ferret food.

    How old are you skinny??? only these sound like the type of answers given by someone very young who has been told rubbish by someone else, or the ramblings of a loon. if your dog can't see in low light conditions it shouldn't be out! do you go lamping??? how does your dog find it's way back to you after a chase once you have knocked the lamp off? :whistle: what if your dog has to jump a fence/gate during a chase? :whistle: do you then go to lift it and its catch back over the fence in the dark? :ph34r: :whistle: :whistle:
