    I worked for a guy a few years ago,he had a real hard upbringing,single parent mother,small dingy flat,ended up a very wedged up chap,million euro house on the outskirts of barcelona and very,very generous,used to give us 3000 euros expenses a month on top of our wage.I have also worked for someone in surrey who was born into cash,penny pincher and wouldnt give you the steam off his shit without wanting a receipt in return.I think its all down to individuals though,some generous,others are tight,its just how it is.
