In Starbucks at the minute, no electricity in a couple of mile radius from home, just had a massive storm tear through, hail the size of marbles, huge rain storm, wind, dozens of big trees down, loads of damage, lasted 20 minutes, one moment nice weather, then the sky darkened, twenty minutes later the storm ceased as quickly as it began, sun's out now, and I needed a coffee ?

There's a McDonald's and a Tim Horton opened right next to each other here so a dollar a coffee, but they have stopped the unlimited refills. Had a really nice cup at an independent yesterday 2 dollars 50 cents. Spent a bit of time on a small coffee farm, real bean to cup, interesting to see how much work goes into a coffee.

Pashmi means soft?I think its where pashmina derives from? I saw a saluki type dog in the punjab which could have been one. -

His gun was an AR-15,not illegal, but the mag was, high-capacity mags are illegal in the state, I think the limit is a 10 shot mag? Stores get round it by selling mag "kits" you assemble yourself, that's the loophole.

Nothing will stop it in the USA, absolutely nothing, it's part and parcel of the mindset of some of the population, nothing will change, the country is awash with firearms and sub-cultures, the politicians wring their hands, say the appropriate words on TV when called upon to speak following a spree-shooting, but never a real change following one.
