    Well,we were most dissapointed mate,seeing as we were looking for bunnies,and all we found were a number of spots which if someone was that way inclined would be good for taking deer in those BIG open fields

    Last night mate?Bit of a strange night,we went to one of the best chalk-streams in south-east england just for a look see,took the lamp,saw some monster brownies including a tiny pool with loads in,big ones,and the pool was only the size of the average living room,filed the location away for the future,then we went looking for new lamping permission,it was 2am so kind of late to knock and ask permission and unfortunately all we saw were several types of deer Where were those pesky rabbits?

    Went out last night looking for new places,just took a lamp,no dogs,but all we saw were Roe,Fallow,and Sika

    Quite a few fish on the wear,mate had five one night last week at Durham city,a number on the Tees,friend s watching them at the Barrage

    I think that guy must loose several hundred shafts a session,I have shot out to 100 yards on a range,but he is something else,there used to be a YOUTUBE clip of a guy taking a mule-deer at if I remember correctly 104 yards,but the clip was pulled after negative comments.

    You could always do some EXTREME angling,set up your tackle and fish for the carp in the lake surrounding the Golden Temple inAmritsar,I know they will take bait as I fed them from my hands,you should get some good runs

    There ARE guides etc,but people like Jean-francoise Helias will charge you 100 quid+ for a days fishing whereas you can turn up at a venue for yourself,hire rod,reel,bait etc and fish for 15-20 quid(the prices have rocketed up,I used to pay £5,but theres a lot of IGFA records on the water)A british guy JOE TAYLOR a few years back got a 400+Lb fish on the lake,took 7 hours to land if I remember correctly,theres good sea-fishing in the south for Giant trevally,shark etc,but I prefer coarse so I stayed on the lakes http://www.megafishingthailand.com/content...category/17/41/

    Freshwater fishing Ricky your going to be hard pushed to beat Thailand,I can reccommend a few places where your easily going to get a 70+ Lb fish,maybe 100+ Lb'er if your lucks in,excellent shopping for your wife,great weather,loads for the kids to see and do,cheap as chips place to stay really once your outside bangkok

    I had one of those and a single folding pedretti when I was 14 or 15,great little guns for tucking inside the inner-pocket of your barbour,I had countless pheasants and ducks with those

    THAT sounds more like an allergy to alcohol! Never drank,smoked,nor taken any form of drug,if I drink a few mugs of coffee I get high as a kite,very talkative and energetic

    3 years ago,5* Hotel,wifes works function,had a glass of champagne at approx 6.45pm,vomiting on my feet shortly after that,tucked up in our hotel room in bed by 7.45pm,and woke up the next morning feeling like death warmed-up with a big puddle of vomit on the carpet,no alcohol tolerance whatsoever :sick:

    I was in a chalk-stream earlier this evening,wading up the middle checking the entemology hatches,just collecting a few insects to replicate in artificial-fly form,beautiful gravel bottom,pristine stream,anyway,I spotted a few guys on the bank so I walked up a tributary as the last thing I needed was having to explain entemology to the uninitiated,if they want to learn the difference between a Cabbage White and a Bluebottle get a book right?I started to notice the odd golf-ball in the water,rounded a bemd and walked through a patch of weed there were HUNDREDS of them,literally hundreds trapped

    All the bonhomie and jovial chuckling is put on like makeup for the camera and wiped off afterwards,never really liked him,anyone of us can fish like a pro if we are taken to the best places,given the best gear,bait,guides etc,AND paid a big chunk of dosh
