    Gaz if i was you mate i would have the trap at the start of the run underneath the outlet from the acos .I know you are only planning to send water down it but you will be surprised what else goes down eg dog hair etc and the trap can end up blocking at least if its under theaco you can lift the grid off and get your hand in there and clean it out.Also wher you are joining up to the mains are you breaking into a manhole or just T,ing into a pipe?

    How can you knock Nissans and advise someone to buy a poxy L200. Cause Nissans are shite!!.....Anything else? Ive owned both and the Navara outperformed the L200 for speed power and fuel economy,Iknow some Nissans had engine problems but so did the L200s So have i mate....just bitter towards the customer service i recieved from Nissan so i'll push any person who asks away from Nissan. But i do prefer the Warrior i have now to my Nissan..... Got to agree with you that customer service from Nissan is shit.Iwent into my local Nissan dealer when i had mine to try and but 2 bottom bulljoints.T

    A mate who i got my first black terrier from also had a couple of parsons from Gouldy in the early nineties,A strong bitch out of Flint and he bred her back to a dog called Storm or Stormer,Hard on a fox but showed their true colours when they couldnt bully stuff.Dont know why he bothered with them as the black stuff he had from Gould couldnt be faulted.

    Unless your somewhere yuor not meant to be and have to keep it hidden in a rucksack i cant really see the point in them.Ive been out with lads that have had them in the back of a 4x4 and we could drive right up to the earths.They are never as good as a normal spade.

    Bang on.f**k all that putting logs,branches ,rocks etc in the bottom to try and rebuild the tube then the next time you work that earth if the gear ends up in the same blockend you have to dig through all that shit.     I tried them a few years back but found that when it got really cold i couldnt stop condesation inside to the point where the bedding was getting soaked.I ended up with so many ventilation holes trying to cure the problem that there was more holes than barrel so went back to wooden boxes.

To say you wouldn't use a different type over a black of yours even if it was superior at its job is madness plain and simple. I'm also sad to say that a top class Russell lakey or what ever is just as good as a top class fell. I'm sure you will disagree but what in your opinion can a top class black do that let's say a top class Russell can't?     Its the same dog i was telling you about last year that i had down here and to be honest the dog was always hard work to keep in good nick.I found if he wasnt getting plenty of red meat in his diet he would loose condition fast.My mate is a good lad with a dog his dogs are always in real good condition.Like you say a waste of a very promising young dog.

    Spot on mate the only thing i would add to this is some form of red meat or add vit B a couple of times a week if the dog is being worked really hard to lessen the chances of the dog becoming anemic as chicken doesnt have enough Bvitamins. Never heard of the B vits before but i couldn't agree more about the red meat. I only learned it a year or so ago from a good mate of minewho really knows his stuff when it comes to conditioning dogs.If your who i think you are you was chatting to a mate of mine at the midland last week who had just lost a very promising young dog that i had on my y
