    Iused to feed a greyhound kibble with chicken and tripe and my dogs did ok in fact they did well.Then i started feeding a more expensive kibble and red meat and they did noticably better.And yes collies do work hard but not with the explosive style that a lot of lurchers do.

    Gareth if you get that chance try and look up some videos or writeups that some of the very succesful pitbull men have done on the keeps and feeding schedules that they use to get a dog ready for work and see how many of them use tripe.And their knowledge is leagues above the average lurcherman for getting a dog right for prolonged hard work.

    At the end of the day any serious terrierman isnt going to buy a pup out of bushing parents.He/She also wont stud one of his digging terriers on a bushing bitch and wont let a bushing dog on one of his digging bitches and if he does get duped by someone claiming their busher/ratter is a proper working terrier then he really isnt that serious about his dogs.If some fella chooses to use a terrier for bushing i cant see how it has any affect on serious terriermen or their dogs.

    Exactly people breeding off untested or poor quality dogs is what ruins working terriers.But somebody using a terrier for bushing wont hurt the working terrier as long as they dont try to produce digging dogs from it.Also ive had digging terriers that i would allow to bush rabbits in the summer or on exercise to help keep them fit and to stop them getting bored and it didnt make them any less of a digging terrier.

    I used pretty much all of them for my lurchers when i worked in Greyhound kennels years ago and i agree Australian formula was the best,But only the best of a bad lot and i only used any of them as 50% max of the dogs daily feed.It was only when a good mate of mine gave me a bag of expensive bagged dog kibbles and told me to only pay him if i saw a difference in my dogs performance to pay after about a month i realised that you only get what you pay for.

    not in ireland there not, plus there is european and american members aswell But unfortunately hes asking for pics and pics can be traced to ip address. As said theres no pitbull crosses on here. But i dont think a pitbull lurcher would come under a pitbull type. Doesnt matter they will still take it. I know the head of the local dangerous dog unit been round mine a couple of times about another dog i got. Hes seen my bull lurcher plenty of times never said a word even when hes been abit beat up. So no they wont allway take them. But thats because its a staff cross right

Cheers Gaz No point in going to all the trouble if your not going to put dog shite down it Its surprising what can build up in a pipe over time hair, shreded paper etc.Best to keep runs straight and rodable if possible.Can save lots of agro in the future.

    If your not breaking into an existing manhole on the main run or putting a plastic manhole on the new conection i would run the new pipe diagonal from the base across to the existing run and then conect to the existing run with a Y rather than a T this would also do away with the 90 bend.
