I'd smoked B+H for 32 years, thought it was probably best to stop.
I don't know if it's easier or harder when you live on your own, no temptation of another smoker here, but if I'd had one then who'd have known.
If I'd had any young ones around then I deffo wouldn't have smoked anywhere near them.
As for swapping habits, I like habits .......... I scored 42 out of 50 in an Autism test last week, I AM habits!
I always smoked quite heavy mate but was a lot more active.Going back 10 years i used to get up walk the dogs.go to wor
