    I would have gone if Ross Pearson was on the card im surprised hes not. Maybe its a bit soon after the excellent show he put up against Barboza at 134.It seemed like he was the only fighter that night who wernt scared to get in and have a scrap with a brazilian.The lads a proper terrier.

    Ive found that most of the terriers ive had that have made the grade have entered themselves.No blockends or carcasses i just get them out and about every day letting them hunt up and learn to use their nose Then when i think the youngster is physically and mentally mature i will start letting it check earths without encouraging it and if it says no i will check each earth behind it with an older dog.Ive had a few youngsters enter in the first ocupied earth they have been to and ive had a couple self enter even earlier when they have found stuff on their own whilst just out on exercise.If i ha

    Anyone with half a brain wouldnt stick a dog on a mill for 2 hours it would probably have a heart attack or just refuse to run it.And im yet to see a dog that will run flat out for 30 minutes most of the dogs ive owned will only run flat out if they are chasing something but the go out for 1/2hour every morning and at least an hour every night so they are quite calm animals.I agree you cant beat a good walk as it gives them the mental stimulation they need aswell but you can reach a much higher level of fitness using a decent mill correctly.

    If you use a decent slatmill with very little resistance you wont build too much muscle but you will build wind that could never be acheived by walks alone.But any dog should always be walked before and after being worked on a mill.

Thanks in advance B Lads without sounding smart,these dogs arnt fit,its summer! I do very little with them this time of year just light exercise. I feed Gain 20 as i dont belive terriers need vast amounts of protien in their diet,mince chicken and tripe mixed,olive oil and thats it,they are bedded on shredded jay cloth or shavings,september i change the diet slightly to suit each dog and put in the time and effort into bringing them
