    That would b nice, looking at the legs and knuckles etc there doesnt seem to be that much left. Got the litter sister here too, thats about an inch bigger

    Used to feed the garlic, for the same reason. Turns out there is a possibility of it leading to making the dog sick. Some type of poisoning. Read a paper on it years ago.

    If you're using pictures you take on the phone, u found that changing the resolution in the camera settings brings the size down.

    Each to their own I suppose, the white one of mine is done growing in height and filling out now. Around 7 months, it'll be next year before she gets started. Hope to have many years with her, so no hurry

    Aye if its just the collar bone has moved itll be fine over time. Bit stiff and sore in the cold. Done mine at 18.

    Nice looker. I have a couple of 3/4 whippet salukis. just interested in sizes, one is nudging 18.5" the other an inch or so bigger. Only 6 months old yet though. How's yours working?

    The stuff I had wasnt exactly the same as butchers twine. But essentially yeah, its the same. Semi synthetic, you would see it a lot in a white colour, with one coloured thread running through it.

    Just to be different here, I had a lot of success using a rayon/butchers twine style of material. Easy worked, knotted well, didnt tangle and I tied up some plants etc years ago and it still hadnt rotted. Regret not buying all I could at the time as I sold them all

    My old team was a bull wheaten grey, a spanielxterrier, a collie and my jrt. Really were coming together. Restarting after 4 years, just have the jrt still and 3/4 whippet 1/4 saluki now

    The legends of the gaurdians is great, fantasy owl adventure. On a soft note, the new one frozen is enjoyable too

    Stabba, no she was mute working. It suited me at the time as it wasn't tge biggest expanse of ground I was working.

    I used to use a first cross spaniel terrier. No problem going to ground, would pick up squatters live and retrieve. Good nose, on fur and feather. Always found woodcock. Easy as anything to train for obedience too, was spaniel luke in its ability to learn and terrier headed too. Really didnt appreciate this dog at the time, and since starting again after years, from scratch. Im sorely missing her there. But as a dog to flush to the runners, ferret and potentially shoot over if I ever need another I would go for this type again hands down.

    Dont think I would say these would be an allrounder here, maybe in england. But as a potfiller, fur and feather which was my aim. And able to work day and night with ferrets and bushing. They should be ideal.

    Got a mouse bite on finger, right thru to the bone. Wouldnt have expected it to be so deep.

    Mine both been here since were 6 weeks old, and my 6 year old loves them. They are happy to just lay on sofa with her. Real people dogs as far as I can see so far. Unassuming with other dogs too.

    Have posted them before, but have none recent taken. Nice strong racy pups, not too big. Lovely tempraments too.

    Got a couple of 3/4 whippet 1/4 saluki pups here.7 months old and be next year before starting. But more than happy with them so far.

    Maybe not the same with terriers, but my jrt bitch hasn't been out in maybe three years plus. Out with the new pups last week and was straight back into it. In all honesty more enthusiastic than ever, just a little short of wind.

    Was lucky that I had mine broken as pups, terriers lurchers and bushers. Wouldnt trust the terrier now without a refresher course as have been out of ferrets for a number of years. And its gotten real sharp with age.

    Going to be a long term trial then. Try making sure everyone is fed well before introductions. Or even screening of an area so u can let the dogs see you work with the stinkers. Not nice being bitten I know, but try not to jump and react to much. Tall order, and I say from experience, taming a nasty jill down. One more thing to try, let the ferrets climb all overyou, handle them etc and let the dogs get used to the scent on yourself. Interested in seeing if they will work really, as my jrt was a handy wee dog at the buries, so always like to see terriers at it. Although you wi

    Keep the ferrets hutch at a,level the dogs can see them, smell them etc. Obviously make sure you have a secure hutch for them. Also let the dogs see you feed, clean, handle the ferrets. Make this part of your day to day routine, and hopefully the dogs will eventually come to see the ferrets as part of the pack. Keep thr dogs on a lead and let the stinkers run around, if the ferrets are fine with dogs too. As the little buggers can nip at times. Two way street I think with an older unbroken dog.
