    Well, There are some ommisions, for example I don't have all the DOC sizes, just the one, but i've lots of footage of that.I also have lots of bodygrip footage, but i would be lying if i said i have footage of every BG size on the list. but, they are all much of a muchness IMO. I've never seen a Skins or a VS as i don't think they actually made them, just got them passed. But all the other spring traps on the list, then yes. I hope I haven't mislead anyone.

    those cam locks are not what you think mate. They have teeth that are on a one-way ratchet system. They are designed to creep forward and not relax at all. It will have to have been cut off i would imagine.

    Some nice trap boxes there myersbg. Mine are a bit more basic than yours, they look like a bird box and have two baffles in with a mk4 in perfect position for a neck strike almost every time....If I put up any boxes that were obvious they would be nicked. Keep the pics coming...

    All that footage could be the foundation for a great dvd! Keep it safe, and add to it as you go along JD! Even if it takes another year or two to get all the footage you need, it'll be worth the wait i'm sure! Would you go for it? Alot of people on here would buy it i'm sure, and a few would promote it too, and set you up with outlets ! By the way, you said all legal traps bar one! Which one? Tube Trap! Just curious! No mate, i have loads of tube trap footage/catches. The one I need now is the lloyd trap. got everything else. I'm sure a good mate of mine will supply me one in due

    I've got enough footage here to do one I reckon, with squirrels at least....I have footage of every single legal trap in action. (except one) I'm just on with making trap boxes with a clear perspex side to video the moment of impact. Just need a bit of spare time then I'm away. Rats are the next target. I like the idea of videoing their reactions to a trap, both baited and non baited....but we will see..

    Maybe someone should make a good one.......maybe with video clips of traps in actual use...trailcam footage etc....

    Nope, it's actually back to front, both ways having been experimented with to ensure that the lock is a true relaxing lock, in practice. As it happens it fires real fast and is a relaxer both ways round. From what I have found.

    was this a dog from the north of england? from leads That dog had at least 1/4 saluki in it. AND it was a bit of a freak, the rest of the litter couldn't do anything with a hare in the daytime. They were bred by Gary Allot and I think there was 8 or 9 in the litter. Rambo was the only one with a narrow head. Rambo was a great dog, but he was a one off and despite being mated to many dozens of bitches I don't think he threw much of any note. None as good as himself I'm lead to believe. I had a son out of him.

    But do you trust any of the other parties Gnasher? he is the only one that speaks what we are all thinking....that's how I see it..... I don't think Farage is out for popularity, I think he nails his colours to the mast, whether you agree with him or not. Since Maggie was ousted out of power there's not been a single politician that is strong enough to publicly state policies that they know people will disagree with. IMO for the past twenty odd years politicians in the Uk have been busy trying to please everyone with wishy-washy middle-of-the-road policies that don't mean a thing...

    Looks like a cam-lock, so it's definitely illegal. Whether 'poaching' or permission such a lock is illegal as it does not slacken off, only tightens.

Thanks for the advice buddy, like I said JMHO. The man's inexperienced with lurchers judging by his request for help. So there was no point in going too indepth. Like I said, it was only my opinion....that's all.

    IMO there's only two things that I would worry about really, and thats breaking him to stock and the recall. That recall is the key to most things...Don't be in any rush, there is no rush.......but thats JMO....
