  1. i dont mind travelling to work one. How big are their holes and how deep do they run under the ground?
  2. shut it you ugly stunted gimplet OR...next time i will beast you in those dark woods
  3. Paid, i can tell you the exact field to see a CWD in if you like, but i dont know how far from you it will be. i see you mentioned Coypu...is there any left in the UK??? I thought they have been eradicated.... would love to hunt one of those....
  4. CS2 is a bit too hi-tech for me, though i am learning slowly but surely
  5. the one ive got is hardback i am refering to the books by HH King and JC Bristow Noble. both mine are paperback.
  6. i bought a few books lately. one was this book in question. it was only £5 , but in all honesty was not worth that. its a crappy paperback to start with , so after a year it will be falling to bits, no decent photos and the writing is ancient. i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. i also bought "working terriers, badger digging", and that, again, is not worthy of anyones eyes. dont waste your money chaps.
  7. theres still loads and loads of game on our smal island... if you have the intelligence to hop in your car and have a little drive. theres not much around me, so when i have a lurcher that is running i do a little travelling to places that are hanging out with game. (permission of course!)
  8. OMG come back Frainy...all is forgiven
  9. the scopes are very good. i have owned several over the years and i rate them highly.
  10. did you not make enough off those 23 lurcher pups at £150 each to buy one?... as well as all the other dogs that you put up for sale a while back...russels, nuttalls, bull/greys....etc....lol...just jesting...lol....
  11. well i have used mine for 2 seasons.they are very god and i use them on earths that have electric fences running over them and suchlike. They are the future of terrier location and well worth the money IMHO. I never had a collar fail yet due to water or damage, whereas i was going through several of the shitty deben ones a season before. The boxes too are solid, waterproof and easy to use. you will never go wrong with a B+F. one way of looking at it is : have you ever seen a 2nd hand B+F for sale?....i havent. Surprised you are asking being such an experienced terrierman ?
  12. so, your asking how to get a dog of straight bull breeding "fast" enough to catch a deer...pre-ban?....well mate i wouldnt waste my time for a dog with no lurcher/longdog/running dog in it will do alot of running for very little .
  13. few munties to......im lead to beleive
  14. f**k off, my eyes are better than yours you gimplet................we willl see next time..... i got some good woods for us to do
  15. Had a walk last night with that ugly messer from ooop north: Millet. The conditions were terrible, a string wind whipped branches from side to side and we missed loads and loads of shots. In fact after the first wood we had to go home and recharge the guns!!!! The sky wasnt right either and then the rain started! lol.... we ended up with 2 squirrels, a woodie and 8 maggies.....not a good bag really...but considering the conditions it could have been worse. I bet we missed well over 20 magpies!!!! not to worry though for we will be returning in a couple of weeks and this time there will be
  16. trust me....woburn isnt even in oxfordshire matey...its about 45 mins drive away.. , but yes there are CWD down there....good luck and please let us know whow you go on
