Hi mate. i would avoid the barnett crap. you wont kill a thing with it. Why not have a look on ebay for a decent make second hand. you need to know your brace length though before you do anything as you just cant go and buy any bow and shoot it. get a ruler and with your arm outstretched (as if shooting a bow) measure the distance , in inches, from your hand to your chin. There are other ways to do this but this is the most simple method. Good models to get are "High country", hoyt, PSE, martin and Xi I bought a cheap and nasty model to start with and i wasted my money, well i bought 3

beauty...... I split from my long term partner last year and i never had any thoughts about giving up the dogs. Luckily we are amicable, but even if we had not have been i wouldnt be giving my dogs up for anyone. When dogs are your life...is it worth living without your dogs?...

Hi, all deer , except CWD, make a small "seat" to lay in. they rake the ground with their front feet to clear any debris. they do this instinctively whether there is debris or not. a roe "seat" can be as much as 2 foot around and fallow 3 foot round. Deer often lay up under conifers and this is where i find most deer seats. they bed in the same areas too on a regular basis. NB: this is not to be confused with the marks made when a male is in rut and marking the territory. :whistle:

fastdogz.....it dont need to get any bigger. ample springs to mind. ask millet. another thing has happened...this bloody thing wont let me use the brackets when i put the arrow key in..though it will let me use all the others.....help\?????

well, my cousins dog had to be PTS due to an unrepairable injury on its shoulder so i gave him charv.....he loves his dogs and i knew he would get plenty of work. the dog has taken all it need to do and it has great speed and strike. i hear it takes the full spectrum now and tracked and finished ( :whistle: ) a wounded fox the other evening. my cousin is making great inroads into the game on his extensive permission with the dog. its turned into a fair dog now.

no mate... there were all taken before they were born...even if the bitch had have dropped 60 pups they would have all been taken! just going to train him up...as you can see from the piccy....he is coming along nicely many thanks to TopChalker and Al Sankey for this pup....top men... nice pup jd,i bet he didnt cost you nothing,most of the real deal stuff,are gone before there born,and are free to good homes ,lol yes matey... completely FOC. you know the score At least they know i wont be selling the dog or passing him on or using him as stud to all and sundry..... i
