True mate, was just refection on size differences with xlbully, and apbt , wonder what mastiff type there using I did read, some used and and some used presa with apbt to get a xlbully type dog. Spot on Gnashing.mate, in pure form the bulldog=apbt the supreme canine athlete of the dog world, and as you say in the right hands the breed great animal to be around. Well there you go mate, they make bitches height, and maybe couple male pups hit sire size. Now when I had bulldog greys, my 3 I had, made height this is males not bitches 1/4 pit 3/4grey 26in 70lb, 2 3/8 pit 5/8 grey 26in 75 77lb there abouts, some 1xs 25 26 in 75lb, if 2nd gen 1x some bit lighter bit shorter, but with x breeds never really know, but the old bulldog should always drop down bit in height.

I know your good lad, was ment for the lad with pups really, not st in stone with cross breeds, but not sure how dogs are bred . Me struggling with my looked knee, I don't really want a op knee replacement, because it feckin painful for a 8 or 9 days after op. Haha , well this just my opinion on dogs, not old Buck lol.in general norm pups will deff make bitchs height, maybe 3/4in taller and some male pups with move up bit to the size of male . Now when I bred a litter of bullmastiffs, my sire if you remember won best male bullmastiff in think 85 crufts.so had lot of intreast in for breeding etc.well he was the blue print of the breed of what a male should be , 27in 150lb big, but very well balanced animal. Great head on him not to bully but strong muzzle ,Now had this question all day at crufts, if I bred would pups, 1st be like him

Yeh, I was only young at the time, but he go to other blokes property with a dog etc , and prob roll them, he knew what he wanted from the stuff he kept. He never said lot to me or my younger brother, but we had good idea how he kept them. The men he knew were the same attitude , didn't say lot either.

That's true, they were either on a chain, or in a run , away from other dogs. Ours we're kept out side in runs , as I've said on here few times, ours were old type staffs, more like your apbt of to day,15in - 20in. 40lb 55lb, my old man, looked after them, he never had off a lead, never public places, as he knew what they could do if they ever kicked off with another dog big/small,.

Brill, when there working hard in class, and then the big one A levels , or get etc, what ever there taking right now, they need all the encouragement to try get a pass. My sob only child, took his A level, in sport physio therapy, and with pass in English which he brill, takes after his late mom, not a think prat like me, I was only brewery worker , but did it 25 years, before left looked back.i never wanted my son to be like me and he not, just like his late mom. He passed got could marks, but was very very hard to get football clubs, he did physio for villa, 1st brom women

The none ped whippets are make ok. Make males 23in, but ifyou wanted the taller type dog,, prob as said the grew,= whippet x greyhound prob give bit more leg, .

Why not, say a pit x whippets x grey. You still get enough leg 24-25 in say 60lb, that size take any quarry in the UK. I've had 3 pit x greys, zll OK dogs, 1st 1/4 pit x 3/4 grey bred by Joe Smith in brummie, plenty of speed not bad agility, OK wind get on to Charlie's no prob, the other 2, we're 3/8 pit 5/8 grey, strong, OK agile, and wind all made 26in 75 -77lb, none had the stamina, pace, of my old 1x gsd grey Buck he do Charlie's and bring them back to me lol. Just watched the programme on sky with the boxing brothers, one a mayor over there.fook me it really bring it home to you those people our there are living now. The place is brocken up with 24/7 bombings , living in shelters alot of the time, you read about the ww2, what people had to live with, them.poor fookers are living it now in 2024.!!

100% mate deff. As you know from my posts over the years. I suffered with lower back prob= sciatica for 40 years, and do exercises every day for 1 hour. That lower back, and band resistance exercises to help shoulders arms etc. Now your prob doing this one for sciatica, it's real good one, lay on your back, legs out straight, then bring up slowly, one leg at a time straight in the air then the other leg, 5 reps per leg.then bring up with knee bent, right up to your chest, hold count 10, then slowly put leg down, then repete. On the other leg do 3 sets. These really will help sc

Good job stiff you been strong fit lad most of your life, because once you stop your fooked, it like playing the guitar or the use, you only got stop practicing for couple day's, you got do extra 1 hour just to catch up, and I feck know I still crap, and don't get much better with the bloody things haha.

The best thing for overall fitness is swimming, don't mean just few lengths of the pool.more like 50.lengths at good pace, you see your stamina really improve, and just do few nights working out with average weights. When.i was younger and fitter I do 3 nights at the pool doing 100 lengths. And bench press and rep my own bodyweight, I was 180lb, but reps of 235lb so doing this every week, was strong fit. So deff recommend swimming, with few weights every week

Well why not, get potential hound from USA ,it be cheaper to get in, and these hounds been bred to kill notes 40lb, run long distances so great strength. Stamina, strong jaw, they deff take all our quarry here in UK. Dan who was on here had real tough hounds most deerhound x greyhound and poss years back apbt in there genes last time spoke to him the line breed true. And cull to keep it that way.but as charts says there some good deerhound x greyhound x pits, they was bloke bred this type in blackcountry
