I have just wet dashed the house, and forgot to put the vent grill back for shower extractor, kids noticed starling taking straw etc in, so iv had to leave it till the chicks have left..... Downside is... Chicks gave hatched in ceiling above bathroom, the parents have pecked/ripped through extractor pipe and are rearing young ontop if 200mm of cosy wrap now... And I get woken very early by them haha, can't wait till they leave

Loved it, was a good two sided battle, a.j got tested... He was fecked in middle rounds.... Had to really dig in to get win..... But... I think that right uppercut, was a wee bit of lucky one.. One more round as the fight was going and kilt had him on points I think. It just shows the fitness required in this sport , when by round 5, both lads are in the middle of the ring ... Spent

We tried it with a friend who had brain tumour, it didn't work unfortunately .... I'd did however clear the cancer from his grandad ,who was told that it was here to stay, the old guy has only just passed away 5 years after he took the oil

It's ok saying Dillion White rocked aj, but at the weight these are, one punch in right spot any of them could be doing the chicken dance... To be fair I think if Dillion White caught anyone ,he'd rock them

Hard one to call for me, wk last performance was very very poor, and I'm sure he trained as hard for that one as he will this one, but he does have experience on his side, aj doesn't ... But he does have youth, hunger and power on his....

Do they deliver? I still use durham feeds, as the only ones I can find that deliver, a local lad set up, but food was really shite... And orders were never right..... So back to the other spot,

My little lad is always goin on about this parkour stuff.... I'm goin to show him that clip tonight, hopefully he's clever enough not to try it, and stick to chasing a football career .... Them falls look painfull, some of them lads must end up in real bad ways
