you ferreted a hedgehog? Aye, took some gutting i'll tell you, Wouldn't reccomend it, tasted aweful. Seriously? Ferrets would have enjoyed it more than you... if you are actually being genuine then how did you cook it? No, didn't cook it,really ferreted it, took 10 mins to get out my purse net, it was hissing at me, big an all... He had that, "why did you wake me up you git " look about him. Fortunately for him he is back down his rabbit hole now. Matt

You could walk round my permissions during the day and think you were wasting your time. But shine a lamp around after dark, and its a different story. I perefer it that way...... What's above ground at night, is below ground in daylight

Yeh, i used to pack parsnips for my living, 3-400 tonne an week for Asda. It might be that you took them a bit early. They last quite well until a frost, then they tend to get strawed to protect from the cold. If you have any left, leave em a bit.. Matt

I just got a new 140 Lightforce, Found a good supply of cheap 7a/h batteries, because i'm too tight to buy an oem battery pack. But does any one know the resitance of the variable resistor used as a dimming switch? Matt

All mine have they're own tube. They love it. Nice and warm in winter, in summer they sleep on top of it.

hi matt ,S/S has given you good advice , i try to get to shoot the tay about 3 or 4 times a year its a great place to shoot. its also very big place to shoot too,with limited access points on to the foreshore, which means very long walks to where you need to be . my advice would be try these http://www.tvwa.co.uk/ see how you get on also if i remember when shooting montrose basin, you have to apply to the ranger in your area for a permit but this has to be done by july i think im not quite sure just check on it mate . if you need anything else mate just let me know if i can help
