Where in the uk can you buy kits for woodturning. Salt and pepper mill workings. Cutlery blanks etc. Cheers.

Climbing is hard yakker but satisfying and enjoyable. I would suggest doing the basic course. Cs 30 & cs 31 ( chainsaw maintenance cross cutting and the felling of small trees ). That would make you more attractive to a firm who hopefully will stick you in at the deep end and teach you a thing or two. Maybe then look into getting into climbing and they buy the gear and pay for your courses. If your looking to get straight in with a firm. Apply to fountains or a utility company which has a tree outfit. Or one of the larger local tree surgery companies. Ok you will only be draggin

Is the mag one of the old ones or the new ones i fecking hate the old type ones nothing but bother and have you try,d any other pellets in her just to see what there like for fitting and grouping you will need to clean the barrel first before you try another kind of pellet atvbmac :thumbs: The older type mags wear easily and don't index. -
Bench test it. Put it in a vice or workmate and test fire a few groups at range. That will eliminate operator error!! Repeat this a few times and then top up the air and try again. Test it with the mod on and off and see what you end up with. Let us know

It's a test of your honesty as the FAO will rock up at the interview with your conviction history (if any), including cautions and that includes cautions you may have received as a kid. All these wife's tales that cautions only stay on record for five years is nonsense. It all stays on your record. Permanently!

You would hope it counted for something mate A lot will also lie with the issuing force. I know lads with service history who didn't get an open on first grant with west Yorks police, but another lad in similar circumstances did by Teesside? ( I think). And that was up to and including a 223. Your going to have to go for it anyway. If they do give you an open then the jobs a good un. If not it's the waiting game.

An open ticket on first grant is unlikely unless you have a lot of previous experience with firearms. Chances are you will have each bit of land checked over first.
